    We are in a studio so it's a bit different to the b & b side, its position is convenient and although quite basic it suits us ok. First impressions were not good because stairways are not cleaned, but once in our studio it was clean, air on, ceiling fan and fridge all in working order. If you want charge of towels or sheets you have to left your key.... More

    we booked it in the month of october..it cost us 1200 per day through goibibo.com . cheaper and convenient ..no breakfast at all ..but we enjoyed the stay each room has had a separate hall and has been equipped with all basic amenities . we enjoy the pool activities , it was bog and clean . receptionist was quite humble and gentle . enough parking area...     We visited the "Haveli The Curry House (Perola do Mar Resort)" on 16/01/2016. The place was Ok with loud open music. The food was fine so was the atmosphere, however our steward "Chandan" wasn't very helpful....he was busy in catering and attending the foreign visitors and did not pay hay to visitors from his own country. I felt as an unwanted guest and received a cold welcome as if I was u intruding in the restaurants space. We ate graciously and had a ok ok amount of bill. Ash tray was given to us after more than 10 requests!!!! The steward would just vanish for 20 minutes....no one was available to even give us the menu....at a point I thought as if I am in here for free food....this place might be very popular but the treatment served to us wasn't either asked for nor required. Request the management to look into the guest satisfaction point. We as Indians also give u business so they have no right to treat us differently. ... More

    Must agree with the previous reviewer we too have been going to Goa for 12 years so our expectations are reasonable but this is a very very basic hotel even by Indian standards. Our beds were grim we asked for a second mattress which appeared to be a sun bed mattress. The bathroom was grimy with old white tiles and black mouldy grout (water hot tho!) The breakfast boys were miserable and surly the table cloths were not changed fo over a week so were dirty and covered in fag ash every day. I never saw anyone resembling a manager at all only half a dozen boys who seem to do everything between them (must stress the boys on reception were lovely) There was an obnoxious old English woman who appeared to 'lord it' over everyone and made a snide comment about us being 5 minutes late for breakfast on our first day (we had arrived at 4.30am and I apologised to the waiter and asked if it was ok to get breakfast still) dont know who she is but doesnt help the atmosphere of the place. We stuck it out as it was in the location we needed to be near other family members but would not stay there again and would not recommend this hotel. Its a pity really as with some cleaning and refurbishment it would be really nice its small and friendly(ish) and in a good spot if you wish to be in Candolim.... More

    been going to goa for 12 years seen the good and the bad but the perola do mar is the worst by far.

    dont know who took photos of the beds but the ones we had both had sunbed mattress on top of other mattress and one of them had stones inside the cover.the pillows and sheets where absulutly disgusting .asked 3 times for a room change but managment just ignored us.in our room not one door or window would close properly.the managers liz and kevin just looked after there friends who would get room changes at the drop of a hat. jack &veronica...   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
