i have never seen it experienced such an intense degree of unfriendliness in my life. their attitude was commendable - "You have paid full money. you like it or not, you have to stay here!!!!" there were hidden costs too. they forced me for some mandatory gala dinner which they organized on the Christmas Eve. i repeatedly told them that both me and my travel partner are unwell and not in a position to have any feasts. but they said it's ONLY 1000 per person and their duty is to collect the money. in fact,. they refused to check us in until we made the payment. later, i asked if i could ask someone else to use the voucher and have food. thet refused that also.
further, they have less number of room keys which stay activated only for 24hours. they don't provide another key until we submit the inactivated card. i have travelled across the world and this was insane. trust me!
regarding food, it was sub standard and always the buffet platters were mostly empty. there were no edible varieties either.
strictly not a place to stay. the only friendly face there was the security guy who had a smile and greeted everyone who entered or exited the hotel.
missed to mention about this travel desk guy named Sohail. he constantly follows up until you confirm an auto or cab for sightseeing. but it will never reach on time and if you choose to find your own way due to time crunch, he will call you constantly until you pick up the phone. found him to be creepy to be honest.
in short, never book this place. it comes across as the best priced deal. but with the hidden costs and poor service, it certainly isn't!... More

The hotel is very near to railway station but still far away from noise and hustle of the city. The location of hotel is nice. They have a swimming pool in top floor small but well maintained. They do have a Travel desk and they have arranged for my entire Jaipur visit. Our cab chauffer Me. Md rafiq was very attentive and helped us a lot. Food quality in hotel was average. My tour operator Rajasthan Travels allotted this Hotel to me. I reached Jaipur on Dtd.03/11/2019 in the morning hours at around 6.30 A.M
I reached along with my small kids.I requested Hotel to allot me room but till @ 10.30 A.M they didn't alloted me rooms It was very tedious experience for me.I entered to Restaurant for Breakfast but Restaurant manager didn't allowed entry in first case.Again I spoke to Tour operator and Manager and finally I got entry in Resturent.The breakfast was hopless after check in there was only one Towel we asked for second towel but they didn't provide me inspite of several reminders.After returning from sight seen I asked for warm water in evenning because my son was feeling feverish but they didn't provide me.I did early check out from Hotel on Dtd.5/11/2019 but they overcharged me for breakfast inspite of that I only did breakfast in my family for two days .However as per booking we were eligible for six breakfast .The staff was adamant and was taken an half an hour time to resolve it.This was terrible experience for me.Even staff has given me a piece of paper to write a bad review at the time of check out. The hotel has beeb given a 4*rating but it has got nothing like a 4*property..The washrooms ammenities were not satisfactory even u have to call for a shaving kit...the shower was not working but when complained it was rectified..the room was ok ok..the thali provided in the dinner waa good..the breakfast was also not satisfactory...even for 1puri one has to wait for 15 min.....
