Wouldn’t stay here again

This is a very dated hotel and feels very unsafe to stay here. I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The food was ok not the best and not always hot food. The only good thing about the hotel was the tea was good
Unsafe Hotel and poor maintenance

Though the hotel is part of the Lords group, this particular property is very poorly maintained and has unprofessional staff. Staying there is at the risk of getting yourself locked from inside as the doors and latches are old and do not function at all. Definitely not recommended for staying till such time the hotels is able to assure better quality of service and fittings
Desperately needs renovation & upgrade

The property is very ill maintained. The upkeep of the furniture, towel-napkin, bathrooms is very poor or old.
There is a laundry list in the wardrobe but the reception & the house keeping staff are reluctant to do that service; found every reason to avoid it & when pleaded that we needed ironing of clothes they firstly offered us to do by ourselves as they would give ironing machine in our room. We said its a suit so they said there is a local ironing fellow across the road he will be cheaper & faster so we should get it done there.
Breakfast at this place sucks. Most of the breakfast served is fried; cooked & kept. Nothing served live.
Geysers not working

We have stayed one night on 9th Dec'17 @Rs 3412 . While entered to room , we found that it's furniture are outdated secondly , both tv & geyser not working . We have shifted to other room , found same . Service man no idea of how to operate tv
First Experience- Not Again

First time, me and my family faced problems with the hotel booked through MMT and that too with MMT Assured hotel, Parker Lords Eco INN, Ahmedabad. We booked 3 club rooms - (Room No 205, 405 and 406). Room 205 when allotted, we found the dust been had all used tea bags and other debris. The tea maker was connected to non working fittings. There were no tea bags, sugar and the stirrer. When contacted house keeping nothing happened for next half an hour, then contacted the reception, nothing happened for another half an hour. At last had to go to the reception counter and then things started moving. The Operation Manager was very co operative wh0o personally visited all the 3 rooms and personally inspected and then things moved. The house keeping staff and room service were very lethargic and had no concept of customer service.
Then we faced problem with hot water and from afternoon till 10.30 PM night in spite of follow up, none of the rooms and the hot water coming and when really pressed them, a guy walked in with hot water bucket. MMT was contacted who then took the matter with the management and then we were told that they have problem with the hot water system itself and things would be resolved by morning.
Things only moved when MMT person took the matter in his hands and took follow up with the hotel
I fail to understand that as to how MMT Assured badge/rating is given to this hotel where through out the night we enjoyed symphony of passing vehicle horns.
However, co operation and efforts of Mr. Rohit Jaiswal deserves appreciation. He really tried to make us comfortable but the staff down the line can harm the brand of Lords.
The choice for breakfast was bare minimum and quality needs to much improvement.
