Terrible hotel and service

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve been to. Extremely noisy, terrible service, and rooms that smell like wet paint. I’ve had the good fortune to travel to many great places and have stayed at a wide array of hotels. This hotel is woefully underprepared to be in business. I’d suggest looking at any other option.

Stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful Lobby. Quick Check-in. Rooms are spacious and furniture is contemporary. Sleeping quality was good. Food is good, but not the best.
Location is slightly interior. However Uber/Ola are available easily.
So all in all a good stay
house keeping and breakfast not upto mark

Had a chance to stay in the property for 3 days in november. Though the Budget hotel as such is not bad with decent rooms, the housekeeping and breakfast need too improve. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. they gave us only after we told them. The same was an issue with other rooms as well as we were in a marriage party. The bigger towels were also not available if we asked for an extra towel. There was no hot water coming late night. it seems they switch off the hot water supply late night to save on electricity. the breakfast on both the days wasalmost just the same. having visited many hotel si see a change in menu each day, whereas here it was almost similar. that needs ti improve. rest all was fine.
Mildew Issues and mediocre restaurants

The place looks nice, but there are major mildew issues in the AC and the entire hotel smells musty. Imagine an old route 66 motel kind of smell. We changed rooms 3 times, all had the issues. The last room also had a mildew ridden shower. It was gross. They were good about working to get it fixed but it took several tries as their standards are far from 4 or 5 stars. The restaurant was also bleh. They didn't have most of the items on the menu and when they came they were bland. Not up to par with much less chic hotels in India. In general they have potential but the hotel needs more attention to detail and tlc.

Stayed there for 3 days I think once u enter the hotel it’s bright good vibe once u reach reception area all become ZERO the guy at front desk YUNUS is highly unprofessional I know we came early as per usual time but the way he is behaving is like he owns the hotel and we are staying for free well anyways bad experience from the front desk Rooms are good spacious at breakfast the music was loud like we are at a DISCOTHEQUE after complaining several time the response was Music system is downstairs so it will take time I mean really after 10-15 mins that’s the answer well anyways overall I will rate the staff 0 and hotel rooms 5.
P.S Management please trained your guys more professionally or get the guys who are professionals enough to take care of guest.
