    Pathetic Stay

    Hotel property is very nice but its maintenance and restaurant is terrible. There was no intimation that there will NOT be any room service after evening which was shocking hearing that this order from the management..WOW, what a management. The restaurant has a very limited space to sit and if more than 25-30 people are in restaurant it seems to be crowded and no pace to sir. The food was more than pathetic and most of the items were not available from the menu. I had to wait more than 1.5 hrs to receive the food from ala-carte and that too was less than ordinary. I called the chef and gave him the direct feedback but all in vain. I had given the written feedback about the same to the management and requested for the refund for the dinner but it seems like management is not bothered about the feedback since i have not heard anything from management and they simply want to take money fron the customers without improvement from their end. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and infact if this is the last hotel available in Udaipur, i would rather cancel my trip.... More

    Hotel not set up for foreigners

    We have all kind of problems with this hotel, starting by the fact that that they do not have single beds in one room, they have king size beds and some of the rooms may have a wooden cot with a light mattress, suitable for children. We had problems with the old showers, paddle locks not easy to use, problems with the toilets and power on in some rooms. Staff are very helpful. The buffet style food was below average and cold, because the bowls were left open and therefore unable to retain the heat. Safety boxes are old and we were unable to use it. They have nice gardens. Staff compensated for all the deficiencies and put an excellent musical show for our group. Location is away from town, making access to bazaars and stalls in town only by taxi or tuktuk.     We have done family get together, location is nice you need your own vehicle to reach there, no public transport is available. Food was very nice, arrangement was good. Buffet dinner was also good. Parking is available for vehicle, we enjoyed hospitality.... More

    this was my first halt for night stay at Udaipur in my 5 day Rajasthan trip. As it is a resort type of accommodation, rooms are scattered across. Restaurant is in centre of out-house type of rooms clustered. Staff is very good, food was taste, service was a bit late as kitchen and restaurant are at a distance a part. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.... More

    Visited this place for Sunday lunch with friends...Very disappointed on our decision.. food was very bad and service was pathetic...First of all they served water in disposables ..When we asked to serve in glass..Waiter told us that manager has ordered not to serve in glasses..After complaining about it he served us in proper glasses..Then come the service part...Only single table was accupied in whole restaurant and after initial serving of butter naan...We have to wait for more then 15 minutes for next batch..It's very shameful that they were unable to give proper service to only four persons in whole restaurant..... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
