This is one of the beat hotel in Chennai,great complimentary breakfast and really great people who were always ready to help in any possible way to make our stay great.
I recommend this to any one visiting Chennai US consulate to stay in here.
Good location, clean rooms, good house keeping but small rooms

Hotel is located right on main central road in Chennai. Next to hotel quite a few vegetarian and non- vegetarian restaurants. Hotel itself has a restaurant and they have good food at affordable rates and taste is good enough. I booked with free breakfast and it is decent enough and not a wide spread but good enough.
Rooms are clean but really tight (small). Daily housekeeping do a good job in cleaning. They have some modern amenities. WIFI is not that fast but I noticed many hotels give poor WIFI speed so they are no exception.
I got a good price too and the price fluctuates based on the supply and demand. Lately they increased the prices so I have to move out to a different hotel.
Since it is almost a meeting point of many major roads traffic is very heavy and very difficult to cross the road and all. So watch out if you have to cross the road.
Staff is helpful overall and accommodated all my needs. Easy for transportation as well since I can catch Auto in few seconds and don't have to depend on Ola/Uber for short rides.

Decent hotel, helpful staff

Stayed here for 4 nights.
The hotel was reasonably good but not great. Most areas seemed recently renovated with new carpets and wallpaper but many parts of the hotel were not very well maintained or cleaned. For example the window in the hallway didn’t look like it was cleaned in a long time.
The area was not very central, but close to where we needed to go. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance although the pavements are very narrow or non existent. And the streets are very dirty so take taxi or auto instead.
The room we were in didn’t have any toilet paper. This was brought up to us right away upon request. On the first night we were woken up by a sound of a rat or some other creature in the ceiling above the bed. The next morning we mention it to the front desk and were upgraded to a larger room free of charge. This room was much nicer but again didn’t have any toilet paper and some of the toiletries were not there. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided but still no toilet paper.
Our new room had some issue with the lock - our key card wasn’t working so each time we wanted to enter the room, staff from the reception had to come with us and let us in. It wasn’t a big deal but slightly inconvenient.
Breakfast was good if you like South Indian food. Some cereal and toast was available as well. The fruit didn’t look very fresh.
Overall a nice hotel with very helpful staff. Eager to help with luggage, open the door etc. If the quality and cleanliness were more consistent throughout the hotel it would have been a much nicer place.... More

The place is centrally located in Chennai. Staff is nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is good. Anything on the menu is great for lunch and dinner and prices are great. I ate no where else. The front desk was always helpful and eager to help. A great place to exchange money. Management was very helpful and appreciative. I would definitely stay there again.... More
