    We just spent 3 nights in the Panjim Pousada and were not disappointed we did. The Fontainhas area is the place to stay and this property (and sister properties) is in my opinion the best option. The property is well maintained, the room clean and air conditioned, and there was lots of hot water.... More

    We arrived from Goa airport during the middle of the day and the staff made us feel very welcome. We were actually staying the Pousada part of the hotel, which is about 50m from the reception where you sign in. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed cool using the fan. We very much enjoyed the food here as well which provided a good introduction to Goan vegetarian food. The location is excellent for most of the facilities of Panjim but does not offer the beach holiday that many coming to Goa might expect. Getting taxis or auto-rickshaws is easy and the staff are always helpful. ... More

    My trip to this hotel dates back to Oct 2011. The years have passed and yet I remember this place so fondly,says a lot about this place. This place has charm for a group of people looking for something different- not the run of the mill 5 star experience. It was quaint, homely and very charming. Of course there were hiccups as all heritage hotels do. However it delivers on its promise- old world charm and great food. Back then we weren’t dying for wifi or network. We just needed a break and get away and we got it. We spent 5 days there with our 1 1/2 year old and didn’t feel a day of dissatisfaction. It will always be a part of our special memories.... More

    nice quite place to stay...comfortable beds ..effective airconditioning..whatt more does one need.. staff.. simple friendly and helpful..breakfast was good and nice location..f a lovely change after the sea..surf..crowds on the beach !!! will be back in august...... More

    I was an unfortunate victim of booking two rooms for two night in this shaggy place. The rooms were sold claimng "Deluxe" in new wing and Heritage Hotel. Nothing deluxe, no new wing, heritage hotel(hell hotel) I recommend no one to book rooms in this hotel for reasons below: - Heritage hotel is a sham, nothing heritage about this hotel, I have been travelling for more than 40 years. - The rooms are invaded by mosquitos -The rooms are dark, half the bulbs were burnt out -Linens were dirty - Doors when closed still have a gap of about one inch, no privacy - Switch for fan outsider the room - Rooms are located above 24 hour noisy road -Table is not provided with light to read or use of computer - Invariably you have to put things on floor as no space anywhere else -Both owner Jack and his companion(Limping guy) great liers and greedy - Noise from kids school next door - Very many other deficiencies -Rooms are not even worth $ 25.00 -...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
