    we stayed at panasia residency only for 24 hrs and that was like hell bathroom was dirty and smelly, we have got a room in 2nd floor and their lift is not working, In bathroom tap and all showers are working together so if you once go in bathroom and by mistake open tap your fully body will get wet, and most terrible there was no electricity full night and their generator was not working full night we could not sleep.It was pathetic night in my whole life and staff also not cooperative. It seems they want to earn money without giving any facilities to customer. Please if you are going to enjoy never go at Panasia residency if you want to take revenge from someone then leave that person only 24 hrs in Panasia residency i am sure that person will cry a tons of tears....     Bad experience, try avoiding this OYO rooms

    Had a 2 day booking at this place, done for me by someone. But had disappointing experience. The sms had a contact no., which takes you to OYO customer care and they obviously could not help us locating the hotel. We had our check-in time as afternoon, we called the no. in the blg conf sms and let them know that we will be late and when I reached the place (after circling the place couple of times) by 11 in the night (with family/kids), the room was not ready. Had to wait at the lobby to get in and what irritates more was the attitude of the front desk (as if I came couple of hours before check-in). The above waiting is after a 15 mins struggle to get our car parked. Plz note, there is parking only for 3,4 cars, max. And above all the room were not upto the standards, unclean torn linen, leaning tv screens, rusted rails at bathroom. Guess most of the things went bad. Bad luck :(. We just used the rooms for night sleep, but still horrible.... More

    Nice Stay... Good Hospitality... Decent approach by receiptionist... speedy actions... and room service for so good and nice. I prefered for good stay and economic stay persons will select for staying and walkable distance to vadapalani temple and saravana bhavan hotel... More

    Room is just okay. Service is very poor. No room cleaning even after informing front desk twice. Parking is only for two cars. If there are guests in hotel with more that 2-3 hours we cannot park the car. Also, if your car is parked on outer side then you will have to come down so that other guest can remove their car....     My first horrible hotel stay .. i went with my family and my parents on January. For my bad time I taken room here through big cheaters oyo rooms . Thet told this is high rated property and all.. but when I came hee it's looks like low type hotel . Rude receptionist. I booked two rooms and they given one room and other room having some ac problem . They made me wait till afternoon 4pm and later they given some other room . Wherein bathroom no place to hang dress. Very small room . Pls dont take this hotel. Very unsafe for family. . they treat u like u came for free stay and treat u like beggers. Anyway . They won't refund the money and pls dont take rooms thru oyo rooms also .. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
