    Anyone giving this place more than 1 star rating clearly has never been to Luxary hotels. They charged me 7K + for a night and at that rate you would expect at least a soft bed...but no the bed is hard as rock and thats only the beginning. Room is full of Ants and it stinks too. They still are having 15 inch CRT tv(not even 21 inch) hung almost on the cealing .. the AC works. But it doesnt have a remote. They promise you 24 hours hot water but on rainy days, that is when you want it the most, you cant get any coz they have solar heaters. So on cold days you have to take bath with cold water..the room is not even worth 1200 but they charge you 7000+. The lawns is completely unkept and there is no swimming pool..its a swimming tank .. the pool isnt at ground level. They were too lazy to dig the ground so constructed a tank above it and call it swimming pool. What difference does it make? If the pool is at ground level a staff can always run his net through the water and take out all the dirt thats fallen in the pool every couple of hours. Here since the pool is good 5 feet above the ground, no body bothers to clean it..its full of dried leaves and twigs that have fallen in it. Not at all a pleasant experience swimming. Rest of the ambience is below average. But the worst part is that there is no direct access to the beach. There is a good half KM of rocky land which you have to travel by foot to reach the beach. And this sharp rocky land is actually a garbage dumping ground too. So you just have to dodge the garbage and protect your feets for 20 mins to reach the beach. No alternative. Now coming to star attraction..free unlimited Alcohol. Thats really a hogwash. I mean how much RC can you drink in a night? For that if one is paying 5000 extra, its stupidity. And that too they dont have proper whiskey glasses. They serve it in glasses like the ones they do at sugarcane juice stalls. And believe it or not, but for such glasses you have to pay Rs 300 as refundable deposit and then for your entire stay you have to carry the glass around like you are a prison convict who carries his glass and plate. You request the guy at bar counter to keep the glass at the counter while you are swimming and he simply and bluntly refuses..he says you are supposed to go to the room to keep the glass come back and swim and if you feel the urge to have another drink go back to the room fetch the glass have the drink go back to your room and keep it again and then get into pool... The owner is equally arrogant and you try to ask anything, he wont even bother to look at you while answering. The complimentary starters are horrible and tasteless too. The only good point is that the regular meal and breakfast is decent. You can rate it 7/10. And the DJ about 5/10. Rest everything about the place is crappy. If this is the only place you can find for your trip, i would suggest just rent a good dvd and watch a movie rather than going to this place... You will regret it bitterly... More

    A very nice and quiet overnight outing

    This is a very unique place surrounded by nature and good for a group outing. The best part of the package is that it is an all inclusive package includes lunch, dinner and breakfast with drinks (both hard and soft - though select good Indian brands on hard drinks) on the house. Snacks are also served in between. Rooms are basic on wooden structures. Very clean and neat and comfortable beds. The bad part - only one towel though we paid for four persons. The room boy said that he would get only one more but it never arrived. But we were prepared since one of the reviewers had made this point. Food was excellent and we enjoyed having drinks in the open (they took a deposit of Rs 300 per glass to ensure that they are not lost or broken - fair enough). We were also told by one of the attenders that we could bring our own brands of hot drinks. The service of Mr Rajesh was excellent and despite the few negatives his service made our stay. So also the owner Mr Ashley D'souza who specially ensured that we were comfortable and ordered that we be served with crabs and prawns during lunch. Being a week day there was hardly any crowd. The one point that disturbed us was that despite Mr Rajesh telling us the previous night that we could check out from the room by 10:00 a.m. next day, the next day at exactly 9:00 am another gentleman knocked and told us that we had to leave by 9:00 a.m. We could have our breakfast thereafter and leave. We were just getting ready and I requested him that we will have breakfast and then leave room by 10:00 a.m. - he rejected our request. This did upset us and all the more since there was no one in waiting.... More

    “The Best destination for families”

    One the of the best resorts i have been to, ive been to many resorts in manori, but this was the best experience, total value for money, went for a Birthday celebration for my mother, I am so happy that my parents had the best time of their life, Food is the best out here, even the complimentary snacks offered were fresh n tasty, friendly staff and great service, i also liked the fact that they also arrange rickshaws for you in case u dont have a vehicle to travel back to the Jetty....one small request.....please arrange for intercom services in the upper rooms.....Overall.....the best experience of my life....totally enjoyed it!!... More

    The perfect destination for families

    The place is simple yet homely. Great good and warm service. This place is ideal for big family groups - kids and adults. The package rates are all inclusive which is the best part. The rooms are big and spacious and the entire group stays together in 1 room. There is air conditioning in all rooms. The lawns are lovely and you can spend your morning and evening lazing in a hammock or a deck chair. You can reach here by taking a ferry from marve jetty and then an auto or tonga. You can park your car over night on the jetty side. If you want to drive you can go via the mira bhayander road upto esselworld via gorai. ... More

    First the positives - rooms are spot clean and adequately furnished - one misses a teapoy though - there's absolutely nothing to place things on. for group accommodation, they provide two basins and baths in one room - that is extremely well thought out. And the food is awesome - you must try it to believe it. Now for the not so great part - access road is a nightmare, it's like the end of the road literally! Discotheque is unimaginative with one of the worst DJs damaging the show - if you can't churn out dance numbers, what are you doing there? Mosquitoes abound everywhere, the swimming pool is a big joke. Actually, most people who come here are heavy boozers so they hardly care for anything including their families - that suits the owners purpose. If the owner introspects on the missing links, this resort has the potential to become world class. We mean it!... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
