The good...Fluffy towels, clean, lots of hot water and everything worked as it should. There’s shopping, restaraunts and transportation close by. Breakfast had the essentials and a coffee machine.
The bad...This hotel needs a renovation, new rugs and paint at the least. Front desk staff speak zero English so make sure your translation app is up and running or your doomed. Wi-Fi not that great.
A practical hotel

I stayed here with a tour and found the hotel to be comfortable and practical; the beds were sturdy but comfortable, although the rooms were perhaps a little outdated. The Chinese breakfast was tasty with plentiful western options such as fried eggs, cereal and toast.
Near the popular Wujiaochang shopping center

The hotel is not far from Wujiaochang shopping center. The rooms are a little aged. The hotel serves traditional Chinese breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby. There are buses right in front of the hotel that take you to downtown Shanghai and new Pudong area.
Clean but needs a revamp

Spent a few nights at this hotel. Pretty outdated and needs a revamp although it was clean. Rooms are functional but wallpaper cracking in certain areas. Staff not so friendly and barely speak any English. Quite central and in a good position

Stayed one night my husband on final night in China after 22 day tour. It was our eighth or ninth hotel and was really lovely. We had a large comfortable room, with small living room. Room beautifully appointed, relatively modern and new. Bathroom small but adequate. Only complaint was that we were looking for ice at 22h00 at night, bar advertised as being open until 24h00. We were told they do not have ice and bar was closed. Next morning we were told they don't have anymore umbrellas for rent. This was at around 9.
