    Absolutely pathetic hotel. Very small rooms, it's pigeons poops everywhere. Breakfast is best to skip, and service is nothing to talk about either. The washrooms are so horrible that my kids didn't use it for two days. The only thing that's good for this location, and a reason I booked here, is it's closer to the church and city points. I got this room for Rs 3,500/night and definitely better rooms are available. I'd rather stay in South Goa and come to city for a day visit. Avoid this place.... More

    I had my group in this hotel last december 2018, all the payments and everything done on time, and i was co ordinating with jocelyn, after the payment of the group i asked for the bill, hotel doesnt not respond, and after few months again i follow up for the same but hotel do not reply. i approached hotel General Manager Karanbeer recently, but he seems to be unprofessional person, stil i havent recieved my bills, and they do not revert back never suggest this hotel for any other of my clients...     It was an amazing dinner at Wftb the food was superb specially the kababs. Hotel Staff is very gentle and professional and I would like to mention Mr. Anil , He was very caring and having Good knowledge as well.     Needs Some Tweeks To Be The Best

    Stayed here for over 10 days. They have an accommodating room, nice and clean toilets and rates are quite affordable. The pressure of the shower was excellent. However, you do not get all the channels on the television, there are no English channels, one can say you get barely any channels. They have lovely wifi. Most hotels just joke about free wifi, they actually provide a good working wifi connection. Their mattresses are very hard. To become the best, they simply need some comfortable mattresses, television with more channels and a more sorted parking space. Another major issue is they dont have any plug point next to the bed which makes it cumbersome for mobile users.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
