    A comfortable nights sleep

    We booked in to stop here as we have a early flight . The bed was really comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful. You get free hot and cold drinks outside of your room you can have it as a takeaway or if you was just sitting in the lobby . My sister and brother Inlaw and their children also stayed here they did t put a cot in their room but within minutes they had sorted out the problem.... More

    Stayed here for 4 nights for work and ultimately you know what you're getting with a holiday inn as they are always clean and functional. The staff here are lovely which helps get it to the 4* rather than 3*. Would really love to mention the waitress in the restaurant who I believe has been there less than a month (Brittany?), she is an absolute star as nothing was too much trouble. One thing that bothered both myself and my colleagues was the heating in the rooms. A few of us actually had to request extra duvets as the heating only seemed to be staying on for a matter of minutes before switching off again.     Not usual Holiday Inn Experience

    Stayed here again before a long haul flight the following morning as on a previous visit had really enjoyed our relaxing pre flight stay. Check in this time was not as nice and easy as usual as trying to park the car resulted in driving round and round a full car park and then myself having get out of the car twice as we couldn’t find a space but could also not exit the Car park ! .. Was then on my third return to reception informed we should park in the health club Car park !! Eventually parked. Dropped our bags in our room and entered the restaurant/ bar for a much needed meal, was told it may be a wait of 10 minutes or so ... took approx 30 minutes for a bottle of wine to arrive ! After I had to re ask for it. When the meal did eventually arrive mine was almost cold which resulted in the lovely young waitress having to return it to the kitchen to be which I can only assume to be microwaved .. I was offered an alternative but decided to stick with my original order (and have a dish of olives to be going on with ).. just after my husband finished it arrived back, ( the same plate of food) it’s was the driest belly of pork I have ever tasted in my life. I then ordered a cheese board of which the grapes were in an appalling state .. after all the issues with the food I would have thought they would have at least made sure that was presented ok for eating. For the privilege of that dining experience I was kindly not charged for the olives. I honestly wish we had stopped at a McDonald’s on the way 😢. Once in the room we had the lovely usual good nights sleep in the lovely comfortable holiday Inn beds with the usual lovely comfy pillows. The room was as usual clean and welcoming. I actually feel quite sad writing this review as this is not the normal holiday inn experience we have come to expect. I may return to hotel .. but certainly would never use the restaurant again....     Let down by housekeeping

    This hotel is fine for a short stop either coming in or going out from Gatwick Airport. The rooms and breakfast are fine and the bar is more than adequate for drinks and meals in the evenings. However, housekeeping really lets them down. Items on the coffee tray and the complimentary water were not replenished, the room was clearly not hoovered as a bright piece of paper from the morning was still in the middle of the carpet when we returned in the evening and I had to go and take a toilet roll from the public toilet as that was also not replenished. It just shows that one person in the organisation can ruin a reputation.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
