Could do better on F&B

Booked thru Oyo app. Great and spacious room. Well connected location. Only downside no one answers the phones maybe due to staff shortage and quality of F&B could be better. Over all value for money.
Oyo, impossible to get money back

In February we booked 2 nights ahead trough tripadviser. After the first night we realized that santacruz is far away from everything which could be interesting for tourists. After a short talk with the hotel manager we could cancel the second night but had to pay for both while oyo company will return the money easy. After a talk with oyo we realized that oyo is only another booking page and not the hotel! So we booked trough tripadvise - expedia - oyo - to a hotel in india. After hours of calls with indian services and mails nobody is responsible for this issue and we just lost 70 usd! So we really can t recommend to stay in any oyo rooms! Sorry
Difficult to find the place

While the facility is okayish, it is definitely not the place where as a business traveler I would like to stay.
It was a nightmare of the traffic in both morning and evening. I am not sure how would this place qualify as a business place.
Good and clean small place

This is a nice clean hotel , however it is small and wonderful for budget travellers. The staff are courteous and helpful. The local train station is convenient. The domestic and international airports are 20-30 min away depending on the time of the day one is travelling

Stay was awesome had booked for the first time but it was good spacious room next to station it was very convenient would love to stay again. The booking experience was very smooth. Has many small snack store near by so it was very nice time having snacks there
