    Stayed here one night in January. The area is rough to say the least. Obviously not one of Mumbai's best areas but the place surprised. The room was really big and clean. Food served by them was also good. Good option for a budget place not far from the airport.... More

    Don't just book by looking at pics

    We booked 3 rooms through OYO Rooms mobile app for 11th March night. We were given room no 102, 105 and 107. We reached in afternoon, left our luggage and leave for Mumbai Darshan. We came in evening, and when we checked the bathroom of 105, there is a hold in the back side wall of bathroom, and we saw 7-8 insects ( Kan Khajura ) there near bucket. In that bathroom, we have 1 kid of 2 years, so we requested at reception to change the room, and believe me that guy who sits in the evening at Reception is the worst behavior by any Customer Facing person till date. First of all he was least bothered to reply, and continuing with his cell phone and whatsapp. After i insisted to change the room, he said that nothing can be done. I asked him to talk to owner, and if you want then i can pay extra. He asked to pay 500 extra then only he will change the room. Also, when i asked him for drinking water, he replied rudely that supply water is coming if you want. I asked for bottled water, and he replied it's for 30 RS, as if i am asking him to give me for free. That guy is very rude, he should get some training. We have pass on this complaint to OYO rooms as well, and they apologized on behalf of hotel. I would suggest it's better to look for bit expensive hotel rather than going to this one. P.S. - Also, if you will have a look at the kitchen you won't be able to have breakfast over there.... More

    We booked a room here in the month of March. We were looking for the cheapest room in town and found this one in Oyo apps. The service is OK. There's nothing much about the hotel to review upon. The rooms are average and the surroundings are pretty crowded. The hotel is an OK-OK type one. Not something I would recommend.... More

    am stayed two days in the hotel with my family of 6 members having 2 rooms over there...the plan including the break fast but i didn't get the break fast as complimentary..and also order for a coffee in the morning but it was charged they didn't inform me about it is chargeable..poor wifi..but the room was very good and also the front office staff was very co-operative....   3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
