    There Was a Pleasant stay at the hotel, rooms are nicely Designed, View from the room was awesome. A lift is there which helps to reach mall road soon with an exit out of the back of the hotel from which it is only a 5 minute walk to Mall Road.... More

    Clean and convenient

    Visited in March 2017. The reception is very basic but when we were shown the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and have a contemporary decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. A lift up to the top floor presents you with an exit out of the back of the hotel from which it is only a 5 minute walk to Mall Road. Be aware though, there are steep steps and it is an uphill walk. Only real negative is that there is no heating in the room. If you go in the colder months (we went in March) it very cold in the room. There are extra blankets but I had to cuddle up very close to my wife to stay warm ;^)... More

    This hotel didnt look all that at reception. However the room was very modern and had contemporary decor. Beds were clean and shower facilities were adequate. Only negative was that we went in march and it was extremely cold, there is no form of heating but just extra blankets. The restaurant was open roof with balcony, food was topped fresh when guests arrived. British guests please note that when in india you have to haggle the price down all the time as they have set prices for locals and high rates for tourists.. hotel had a back door which led to mall road in 5 minutes. Please note there are steep steps to climb. I would recommend and revisit this hotel again.... More

    This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Can’t think of many positive things to say, so here are the negatives. Service was slow Rooms are dirty No bar (May no be important to some, but it was to me) Dead flies on my bed. Hot water started off cold and I had to leave it running for 15 minutes before it heated up. Lock to the bathroom was broken, and no shower curtain which meant the water splashed everywhere. Taps and shower fittings falling apart. Definitely a zero star hotel. I would say, avoid this place altogether.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
