    Totally unprofessional, worthless service. Name wrong, too many of these around same location so easily confused. And I am not being personal, I am an active user on tripadvisor and you guys can read i do give credit where its due. Not this one. I booked my room. It started on 13th September and Checkout was 14th. Travelling from Singapore. Flight was in the night 12am and same day i booked it from 11am. I know 12 hours i wont be there, but better to book earlier from that day, since i am arriving later on the same day night. I kept emailing property, have all correspondences. Even before boarding flight ay 7pm, i checked with Hotel whether my booking is on. They confirmed.. So the room is already mine. Firstly the property is not easy to find. My taxi driver went around and we kept asking people at 1am in the night. Tired finally found the hotel. Went to property staff was rude saying its full. He said email sent evening. I was n flight, My booking started earlier that day, i was confirmed, i emailed property, how the "H@ll" can they give my room to someone else and have the cheek to say we cant host you. Sorry go elsewhere? Even if hotel is full in the evening, my room booking which started earlier that day should be there for me right? it was 1:30 am on Mumbai roads, i kept walking around with my luggage and finally after 1 hour found one more property to sleep as my domestic was in the morning. So horrible, and worst service ever. Not helpful, lying on face, confirmed me but gave room to others and no alternatives provided. Was just told, find other hotel. Will never recommend this hotel, nor stay here EVER.... More

    Probably is was the time of the year that i chose to visit that mattered because in the monsoon rains the rooms were really damp and the stink was unbearable. The location is great but then locating the hotel becomes a problem as it is located in a non-descriptive building which looks similar to the MHADA buildings. Over all it is better to avoid this place unless it is the cheapest option available in that area.... More

    I had stay with Oyo in April and the stay was great. There are basically no words to say about it. They serves the customers very effectively and manages as well. I was in Mumbai for my Work purpose and Oyo had solved the accommodation issues for me by providing Rooms at great price.... More

    We made a booking through hotels.com which got lost, so we seemed to not have a room. Fair enough, not the receptionist issue, BUT I don't think that being listening to very loud music and ignoring us, not making an effort to help us out when we obviously had a booking and something went wrong is the appropriate behaviour for a front of house staff member. We were really distressed by the situation and he was just listening to his music and watching videos! Very unprofessional. I would never hope to get him sacked because of a stupid mistake as being unhelpful and unprofessional but I do would expect him to get a big warning and make sure he is not playing loud music and watching videos while other people is in the reception. Ps: after seeing the staff, the level of cleanliness and the location we were quite glad we didnt stayed there.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
