    Great location, unfriendly staff

    Stayed here for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on Marine Drive and a few minutes walk to Churchgate train station. The quality of the hotel was ok for the price. The room was quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with decent water pressure. Wifi and a/c both worked well in the room. The hotel was undergoing some construction work during our stay so there was loud banging and drilling from morning until evening. I complained about this but it continued nevertheless. The staff on the desk are quite rude and unfriendly. I asked whether some laundry could be done and the guy actually rolled his eyes (they did do it though, took 36 hours and was a reasonable price). Any question I had was answered impatiently, as if they had better things to do. Right behind the desk is a sign "service beyond a smile" which made me laugh. There are always taxis outside so transport is no problem. There aren't many budget hotels in this area so overall I recommend it if you can overlook the rudeness.... More

    Fleas and bedbugs

    We had to change rooms upon arrival as the beds and windowsill were infested with fleas. The hotel attendant didn't offer to move our room until we demanded. In our second room we discovered bed bugs. Truly disgusting and upsetting experience. Rooms are filthy and the walls appeared to have mold. The "hotel" is situated in a rough unmarked building in a dodgy block.... More

    A very good experience and an awesome hotel

    Located at a prime location, this hotel looks over to the Marine drive directly. Very well connected with taxis. So no issues of moving around (You don't even have to wait for a taxi it's that well connected). But the best experience was the hotel itself . Since I was delayed by my flight for almost 7 hrs and was staying with my sister , the hotel staff treated me with real warm gesture. Even though I reached at around 3:30 AM i the morning the staff was ready to receive me. And they also did upgrade my room to a suite, which was very neat and a "WOW" room. I gave a 4-star only because of the breakfast facility. There were lesser options and quantity wise also not much. That's the only room for improvement in it. Otherwise, a wonderful experience....     A Good option for friends and groups

    You need to get the exact location to find it easily. There is a small sign in the building but not really visible if you don’t look carefully. This is a floor of apartments that have been transformed into hotel. There is elevator and the rooms are ok. The staff is friendy and there is water/towels (did not smell nice) and shampoo on the house. Breakfast as well (breakfast is toast with jam and omelette. The rooms were clean and I believe it is quite good for its price. It is by the sea and the areaa is pretty safe I would say. Recommended for group of friends.... More

    It's in a really great location on the bay - bear in mind it's the other end of Mumbai from the airport and can be an hour or more drive in rush-hour, but it's a great place to explore the pretty bits of Mumbai from. The rooms were small and elongated - two single beds ranged vertically along the wall so couldn't be pushed together and gave a slightly odd orientation to the room. Beware, not all the rooms are en-suite but the bathroom's OK in the en-suite rooms - again, nothing to write home about but clean. Bed was comfy. Wifi didn't require sign-in and was fine. Staff were friendly and relaxed. There's no restaurant there but staff will send out for takeaway which you can eat in your room. Breakfast also is brought to your room and is - like everything else in this hotel - OK! Overall, friendly and comfortable with absolutely fantastic location.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
