This was the worst experience that happed to me. First oyo spoiled my booking with oyo 35770 Yavehi hotel. Then they have shifted me in O-collection 39612 veronica hotel where only 2 staff member was there. room was very unhygienic. they gave me a water bottle which was dirty and has no cap on it.
I have checked in at around 1;30 because of the oyo spoiled and I already confirmed with the person who transferred me to O-collection that please make sure my check-out time will be 1 as I am checking right now and also make sure about breakfast he said that okay we will do.
but after checking no one was giving me proper answers everyone was just showing me the company policy. I agree if it happened because of me but the mistake was from your side then how can you give such answers. I checked in around 1:30 because of oyo issues with that hotel but the next day at 11:10 the receptionist called me and said mam this is your check-out time.
main this I booked one room for 3 guests in the hotel room there was only one king-size bed and when I asked for the third bed they have given me a mattress to sleep. seriously this is the way to treat your clients. it was a family trip and oyo spoiled my trip.
And also they declined for the refund

This chain is not customer friendly, has no desire to serve or assist customers, more interested in just taking your money. Tried to change a booking. I was told I would get a refund by one receptionist (PRAVALINKA) then told I wouldn't by another. Lost alot of money.
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else!
OYO Osterley Park Hotel London ....AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We arrived at the “Osterley Park Hotel on the 10/08/2019 at approx 11pm and paid £161 for 2 nights.
The receptionist handed us 2 swipe cards for the doors, which did not work. We returned to the reception 3 times to complain to the receptionist that we cannot access the room with the cards, so was handed a “master lock” card that overrides and opens all other doors.
We were quite surprised to be given access to other guests rooms and felt confused and unsure if other guests having similar problems were also handed a master lock card that opens all doors. (Please see pics of master lock in description)
We decided to watch tv but the signal was extremely poor.... (please see tv pics attached)
We tried to use the internet but the wi-fi did not work.
We use the toilet and flushed but the water came all the way to the top and nearly overflowed. We could not use the toilet at all and waited till morning to contact the hotel. (Pls see pictures as attached)
The shower doors was off it’s hinges and not shutting.
Around 9am.... the cleaner opened the door of our room with her own master lock without even knocking the door, she did not know there the room was occupied, apologised and left but an hour later she came into the room again whilst we were getting ready.
This has been a terrible experience after just 1 night of stay and we do not intend to spend a second night here and demand a refund...... The hotel management began to avoid our phone calls, hence they did not even refund the second night we did not stay. My biggest mistske!

Please tell me you have bought hotels in the UK to completely refurbish?
It was like staying in the 1970's ripped seating , carpets with holes in .
Budget holiday or not basic repairs not been done for years
Always avoid OYO. Worst experience ever.

I never tried oyo. This was my very first booking with OYO. I have had the worst experience of my life.
The rooms are very different than what is being shown in pictures.
1st I was asked to pay extra cash of 20% by the hotel management over and above the booking amount of oyo. While asking for the reason I was asked to speak to oyo or leave.
I immediately contacted oyo care keeping 6 of my guests waiting on the street.
The oyo care executive took 7 minutes and then transferred the call to someone senior. Meanwhile all my guests (4 of them are over 70 years of age) are made to wait on the street during drizzling rain. The senior oyo executive asked me to hold the line and he kept the line on hold for 18 minutes. Finally after more than half an hour of total waiting, the oyo care executive disconnected the call stating he is unable to help as voice is not clear. And all these happened keeping all my guests waiting with all their luggage.
This was a mistake to book oyo as the hotels seems do not care about the booking through oyo. And I am sure this will be apicable to all OYO hotels across India.
I along with all my friends will definitely make sure that this experience reaches to masses across cities so that no other senior citizen or people with family holiday faces any such issue by booking with OYO and then ruin their holiday. It is better to go for other providers or directly book with the hotels instead of going through OYO. It will save their last minute shock.
