    Extremely extremely rude staff - horrible experience

    The rooms and decor of the place are good and stayworthy, however the staff made our stay a nightmare and I will not recommend it to anyone. First of all, the doors get locked at 2am and the staff basically refuses to open the door. If you want to go out for a bite in case you're hungry, tough luck. They act really rude about it too - I wanted to go out for 1 minute to collect food id ordered and the staff started telling me how many times I'd gone in and out even when the doors were open. Message taken, won't order food when I'm hungry on my vacation. Second night, we'd come back from the wedding function around 2 am and we still had some energy in us so we were playing a board game in one of our 5 rooms - we had the entire floor to ourselves. Around 3:30 am the staff member barged into our room without even knocking and started shouting at us - "TUMHARA DIMAAG KHARAB HAI KYA!!!!" and then proceeded to have an altercation with one of us. First of all how scary is it if the staff is just going to barge into your room without even knocking and then starts treating the guests like garbage. Third day, again they were extremely rude over phone when we were trying to order food from room service. They have no manners whatsoever and have no right to be in hospitality. The food hasn't even come yet but I'm scared that they'll probably spit in our food the way they're talking to us and treating us. I'm not a violent person but after a really really long time I want to bash someone's head in. That's how much chagrin this hotels staff has caused us. Honestly please don't come here. The hotel is good but the staff will make your stay a nightmare.... More

    Not a good area for two girls to be on their own. No WiFi and extremely rude and unhelpful staff. We didn't stay. We were booked here by a tour who said he knew the area well and trusted it... He was unable to tell us of a single restaurant in the local area.... More

    We recently booked rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are ok for that price but the staff/manager on counter was rude in all discussions. This place needs better staff to manage guests and should learn to talk properly. This place become shady in night. I recommend to avoid this place.... More

    Considering the amount paid it was ok-ok type of hotel. Nothing special that can be mentioned. Even the entrance is from the side. Every good picture is of the restaurant maintained at the ground floor. The rooms are too compact and can accomodate only 1 person comfortably.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
