    On arrival experience was not so good. No complimentary water given by hotel. Hotel rooms were average. Hotel location is far inside from main road, so connectivity is poor. In rainee season nearby roads completely flooded & i cant go to hotel by walk from main road. There were no assistance in case of my need. Reception person was arrogant. They do not provide bill if you are booking hotel on behalf on Fab hotel. They simply say we are not responsible for the bill as rooms are booked against Fab Hotel. I was required to talk to fabhotel customer care in order to get my bill. Not at all recommended for business travelers ... More

    Good Corporate Stay

    Just visited the property post Renovation, they have added rooms as well, had a Residential Conference with the Hotel, very cooperative staff, who are ready to get things done in a jiffy. We were there for 3 nights, the location is just on Elgin Road, with easy access to all malls and easy modes of transport. Food quality was superb, both during Buffets and on A-la_carte as well....     Pathetic rooms, damp & smelly

    The room has just the space for beds and a little luggage, forget walking around. Bathrooms were so bad that we chose to bath in next day's hotel (luckily we booked another for next day). Food service was dead slow (single cook for entire hotel, poor chap), but taste, once food comes, makes up for the frustrating wait. they cook individually thus adding to wait time... More

    Extremely unprofessional and bad service.Booking was done through Fab and the room that was shown in my pics and booked as Deluxe room was far from something like deluxe. We could reach the hotel at 1:30pm and after an argument of over two hours they asked us to take or leave.When we repeatedly contacted Fab all that we were given was a room that could fit in 3 people. They claim to be a 3 star property but don't even provide mineral water bottles.Complimentary breakfast was a shame.. imagine Just 2 toasts and tea as b'fast or a 1 5inches diameter parantha and tea as b'fast. I am extremely distressed with the kind of service I got after shelling out a considerable amount. There has not been any end to my woes. I strongly advise against Going for this hotel and not to book anything from Fab chain of hotels.... More

    Though the location was good, but right from Check In to Check Out , things were handled in most unprofessional way. Complimentary breakfast seemed was next to begging outside a temple. The factor complimentary breakfast should be removed as the hotel has no intention on serving the same.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
