Good rooms...but breakfast options could be improved
on Apr 7, 2017
We stayed in the month of February. The rooms were excellent and well maintained. Pool was decent and clean. The property is good for families. Parking space is limited. Breakfast options need to be improved.
Average property but good location
on Mar 10, 2017
We stayed at this property on a family vacation recently.
- Centrally located, very close to main areas
- Close to the beach
- Small hotel, so doesnt get very crowded
- Decent sized rooms
Areas of improvement
- The food at the restaurant was not up to the mark. Definitely needs to be improved
- Hotel staff was unwilling to give us any extra pillow or extra towel on request. Its strange why they would have an issue giving a guest 1 extra pillow for some more comfort.
- The sandstone flooring in the pool is very rough and can easily lead to bruises and cuts if you are not careful. Happened to both me and my small daughter.
Very Good Ambience.....

Nice Place to Experience stay in cottages But little bit expensive.
on Dec 22, 2016
It was very nice experience to stay in such a beautiful cottages. It has 19 cottages in total.
Cottages were neat and clean. Overall place was also well maintained.
Room service was Good.
Food at Inhouse restaurant was also good but some what expensive. Staff at restaurant were limited so service was little bit slow over there but they were helpful.
If you are with family don't opt for swimming pool facing cottage because swimming pool is not at all safe for small kids. It does not have baby pool.
If you are planning to stay with kids then keep them away from swimming pool or allow them only after buying tube because swimming pool is 4-5 feet in depth. And also carry swimming costumes because they don't allow any one to get in swimming pool with out it..
There was incident while my stay also one kid was drawing in pool and her mother was not aware of that but staff was really quick to save that kid hats of to staff.
Overall it was beautiful stay but was expensive.
Fantastic Family Experience, Villa Style in Goa
on Nov 13, 2016
Firstly, dont expect a swanky hotel of high rise buildings etc, but what you will see will infact amaze and shock you beyond that.
Fantastic layout of about 20 villas, THAT DO NOT HAVE COMMON WALLS thus "privacy" and being away from "noisy door bangers and what nots :)" is peace of mind.
A beautiful pool in the center of the property is the start attraction of this resort. Quiet and calm, this pool is good for family fun and play, laps and what not. With a quaint shadowed bar area (but mind those so called pool stools at the bar, they are kinda jagged stones that may hurt you somewhere you dont want to really get hurt, hope the owners fix this soon). But, otherwise this is a fabulous pool, clean and well kept.
Villas are huge, about 300 sq ft each with a nice queen size bed and best part, if you are family of 4, they even provide clean linen covered mattresses for the kids or you to sleep on the floor, which is layed out set up prompt at around 7 or 8pm,as per your liking.
Loved the service. Superly efficient and very courteous staff.
The resort is not far, just about 10 minutes walk to the stretched calangute beach area which is almost privately owned and clean, with a fantastic shack near by.
This property is only a 5 minute walk to the busy street, but, still quaintly quiet and really worth a honeymoon or family experience.
If you request the chef he will go all out to cook you CRAB CURRY GOANESE style, that you will crave for many months to come, after you leave the place.
The breakfast buffet laid out is well organized and appetizing, of course the chefs are on cue for your special egg or other adaptions if possible.
You have to stay there to believe this whole beautiful world and resort exists.
Cheers to you, enjoy your stay..
