    Rude staff, no respect for elderly

    My parents stayed in this property from 12-17 September 2017. The rooms were good but the hotel has the rudest staff you can get in all of Goa with no touch of hospitality at all. First of all the hotel does not have any restaurant or kitchen of their own and has tie-ups with several restaurants, so getting a morning cup of tea looks like a major task. My parents (Both senior citizens) had asked for a wake up call at 5 am in the morning but the hotel not just failed to give the wake-up call but was rude to them as well. The person managing the reception spoke to my father in a derogatory manner, raised his voice and if the argument had gone further, he would have probably hit my father in fit of anger. When my parents asked his name, he refused to disclose his name but my parents give a description that he was a thin pahari looking guy. Despite being given a heads up well in advance about the checkout time and date, the hotel did not clear the bills on time and rather made my parents wait early in the morning just to delay their journey. The hotel insisted on cash payment despite my parents telling them that they can make a digital transfer directly to Oyo, so my parents paid the remaining Rs. 4700/- in cash but the hotel did not give them a proper bill. They gave a cash memo without any GST number, TIN number etc. All in all this hotel may be decently priced considering offseason but it's not worth a stay, especially for the senior citizen or elderly people.     Economical and worth the stay . Good ambience. Located 2 mins away from baga beach . I stayed for 2 days with friends and it was lot of fun . highly recommend this place for people travelling to baga and requires complete peace of mind .... More

    Well i booked it via OYO n found dis option. PROS:its very close to beach. hardly 5 mins walkable distance. located in market,very close to clubs n other cafeterias and hotel, the room which we got was completely new and flooring done. Clean and neat towels with washrooms too. Helpful and courteous staff specially Shivam jus a call away 12hrs. Hukka available, also rest food item that we generally get in restaurants chinese and veg or non veg. CONS:no seafood availability. Outside ambience will make u think u r in some cheap trap. As renovation and covering up is done. Moral:not a bad deal at all.... More

    I have stayed in this hotel a week ago.. And I am not very satisfied with the room.. Its not as clean as it appears in the pics.. There is no bathtub as shown in the pic.. Tiles, curtains, bedsheets, bathroom everything appears to be old and unhygienic.. Service was good.. Any way for the price don't expect more..u might get disappointed..... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
