    A Great Stay!

    Me and 2 friends stayed for a couple nights and really enjoyed our stay. They provided a nice breakfast in the morning and the owner, Christopher was very helpful with anything we needed info about. They had a sweet little pool that was very refreshing. The rooms had AC, a mini fridge with a freezer, a warm shower, American style flush toilets, ceiling fans and decent beds. The location was really good.     Nice experience but a little too pricy.

    It was an overall good experience. Staff was cordial and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. The best part was its location. Baga is hardly a couple of mins walk away. All cool. Nice place to stay. Just a little too expensive as per facilities over there. I had booked at 3998 INR per night. No car parkings available.... More

    Rude staff, no respect for elderly

    My parents stayed in this property from 12-17 September 2017. The rooms were good but the hotel has the rudest staff you can get in all of Goa with no touch of hospitality at all. First of all the hotel does not have any restaurant or kitchen of their own and has tie-ups with several restaurants, so getting a morning cup of tea looks like a major task. My parents (Both senior citizens) had asked for a wake up call at 5 am in the morning but the hotel not just failed to give the wake-up call but was rude to them as well. The person managing the reception spoke to my father in a derogatory manner, raised his voice and if the argument had gone further, he would have probably hit my father in fit of anger. When my parents asked his name, he refused to disclose his name but my parents give a description that he was a thin pahari looking guy. Despite being given a heads up well in advance about the checkout time and date, the hotel did not clear the bills on time and rather made my parents wait early in the morning just to delay their journey. The hotel insisted on cash payment despite my parents telling them that they can make a digital transfer directly to Oyo, so my parents paid the remaining Rs. 4700/- in cash but the hotel did not give them a proper bill. They gave a cash memo without any GST number, TIN number etc. All in all this hotel may be decently priced considering offseason but it's not worth a stay, especially for the senior citizen or elderly people.     Sad but true

    Wanted to be around Baga and was little crunch on my pocket still paid a good price for two nights. To start with, the location is good, the hotel easily depicts Goa and it's styles of buildings. Pool is dirty, probably because they don't have a dress code for guests and also highly doubt the existence of filter system. Boys who work here are very helpful but not trained. If you are checking in by 11, forget any food will be cooked for you before 2:00 pm, even when you want to pay. The surroundings within the premises is dirty. Breakfast which is included in your package is limited to one serving. Water supply in the room is bad. Drinking water is given to you only once when you check-in. Good part now. Go there only if you need a clean bed to crash.... More

    Worst OYO ever !

    Well from where do I start ! We got a room by the pool. The light in the bathroom was broken. It kept getting on/off. Though the room was clean but the rest of the property was sad. We had a balcony with a view of another building just 10 ft away. Let not even talk about getting into the pool. Water seemed to not have changed for months. We chose to have their breakfast which literally had two options. Either you take omelette with bread (not toasted) Or Puri bhaji (damn oily). For drink options they had tea Or mango juice ( a kind of water with mango syrup) The entire breakfast seating was on plastic chairs for which I had assumed was seatings for their watchmen. The entire breakfast was brought in from some shady dirty room by the pool. We finally gave up our money paid and checked into Novotel Shrem hotel (check my review on tripadvisor) A big NO NO NO to this property. Stay if you want to ruin your vacation.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
