    Please never ever book through OYO rooms or OYO holidays. I booked a honeymoon package to Andaman and you will be shocked to know that OYO booked the package through Cleartrip and Cleartrip in turn booked though Mountain edge tours and travels in Andaman. At last the service we were promised by OYO is 3star accommodation and what we got is a roadside lodges. My travel details and stays were sent to me only on the eve before the travel date and cheated us financially by collecting complete payment before sending travel itenary. My package ID: PKG-RKBA4013 worth 40k for land trip in Andaman. They didn't provide cash bills and trip receipts. We were not provided any help during our stay when we needed the most. OYO is an unprofessional broker with a moto to loot the innocent.... More

    Oyo room and Packages are worst

    We book package from Chandigarh to Andaman and Nicobar Island through Oyo room and packages . Their representative named Dinesh told us that you need not to worry about Oyo rooms and their facilities. But when we reach Port Blair their facilities are worst and nothing executed properly as per the plan . Our cruze to Havelock Island got cancelled and no plan executed properly.... More

    Charging more and rooms aren't upto standard

    Everything in room is moist, bed sheets aren't clean, have have food spots, runner on the bed is not clean, whole room has bad smell, in washroom, water is leaking falling to toilet seat, it seems toilet is putting together with old fittings, rusty and is going fall down, running water, it smells badly from sewer, wash basin water is coming very slow. Oyo rooms are overcharging, and giving filthy rooms. It's not about what's being charged, hotel services are not upto standard, even pictures put on the oyo site is not true what we find in reality. We needed stay for a day and oyo rooms made worst experience, made me believe it doesn't respect human value, stay can be anything and put false information up on the site. Thanks, Alka... More

    OYO rooms and package services are scam and cheaters

    I am a NrI, i took the honeymoon package to Kerala, It was a disaster, They charged heavily for 3 days trip.. Car is worst it broke down 2 times for 3 to 4 hours.. each time and need to stand in hot sun. Hotel rooms are stinking and worst, Hot water comes only for 2 hours in morning. Showers are rusted. We paid money for sightseeing including the trip. The driver charged extra 4000 for sight seeing and saying he is not concered, as its a combine package.. when i ask the oyo people. no respone and not lifting the call and no respone.. No 1 cheat and scam and looting money and fooling people with fake pictures of hotel rooms and services and iternary. There is no intercom in hotelroom, if we need something we have to call to the hotel reception on his mobile number.. Driver drive all the hilly roads talking on his mobile and we are supposed to meet 2 times with accident..... More

    The brand that advertises what they can't even give!

    Recently I and my mother had visited Delhi, we had reserved a room at "OYO". We arrived there, and the room was poorly lit and the location of the place was really pathetic. We could see the other room through our window!! The facilities except for the wifi were either really bad or not there at all. The most horrendous thing was that at around 11 in the night a guy knocks at the door and when I opened the door he came in and took the AC's remote and said , he'll return it in sometime.Also the guy was stinking, I mean one could easily make out that he was totally drunk. People at OYO must atleast know how to behave before starting a "franchise" like this. To all those who even consider choosing OYO, think twice....... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
