    good place to stay. we stayed there for two weeks . it was like home. staff were very polity & eager to help..... location is good hotel is on the main road.... highly recommended.... the complementary breakfast was awesome & unlike other hotels they have a wide range in menu to choose from. .. the toiletries were also of excellent quality ... u mostly dont get such in hotels these days.... ...     Very Good BUT with Avoidable Goof-Up in bill due to casual

    Stayed second time. Except avoidable goof up in food bill (someone ate and ordered and put that into my room number! What a corrupt and clever fellow was him/her who managed to put my room number for his food-bill!). The point is not that such mistakes doesn't happen, the point is it felt very bad when they initially showed me that completely wrong bill (and that too wasn't reception's fault because someone had cleverly managed it billed it to my room and reception had no idea). Such goof-ups are definitely avoidable, causes great embarrassment to genuine guest AS WELL AS this smells of fraud and cheating by their room-service staff (if some corrupt person bribes them and manages to get his/her bills put into others' rooms number and leaves comfortably without paying and than the second innocent genuine guest in whose room number that bill was wrongly pasted and while he is totally unaware of such scam(or mistake) till he checks-out and when he is checking out and presented with that (WRONG) bill, he gets a shock! This is totally unacceptable, completely avoidable mistake, smells of a scam and conning and fraud even though it may be a genuine mistake, breaks confidence and trust of a genuine guest and is very very bad and looks very ugly on part of the hotel. They must have a full-proof system and such type of mistakes (or what?) MUST NEVER EVER HAPPEN in the first place. When genuine guest is completely unaware while someone is putting up food bills into his room number! I felt this as a scam by some other corrupt guest who managed to bribe their room-boys/staff and got his/her food-bills billed into other people's rooms in cahoots with those working low level staff. Except above very bad experience leaving a very bitter after-taste (because you can imagine if such things happen, it will be a very bad scam), this is a good business hotel. Even they understood the above mistake, there was embarrassment and they even didn't felt it necessary to apologize and say sorry to me even that was their system's mistake, that shouldn't have happened at all in the first place. Please double or triple check your staff, please take ordering via reception, please make 100% sure which guest is ordering from which room and stop direct room service if it has became unethical and investigate by who and why this wrong room number bill happened at all in the first place and as well as please find out who was that great person who ate the food and managed to get it billed to others! Please find the your staff who made this mistake and adequately punish him so that such mistakes never ever happen again.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
