    We had a one night stay in this hotel . Service was poor. TV not working and they did not bother to even change the set top box or the room. AC not working properly an it took 4 hrs for the room to be even moderately cool. Leave aside cold. The property is nice as per the budget but they should work more on their customer service.... More

    Ok,so,this is a very average hotel located on the main Tonk Road with bustling malls and stores nearby.The hotel itself has a Nike store in the front. Check in was easy but they only had one porter who was acting as a makeshift waiter as well.Rooms are very small,its like you enter and the room and it ends,just like when you do it for the first time,you enter and you are done;) We had quite a few problems with our room,bathroom door wasn't working properly,actually we couldn't close the door,the ply was swollen and the latch was missing.We had problem with wifi as well,wasn't able to connect it for few hours. Bathrooms and rooms were clean but the hotel being on the main road,it was quite noisy late night as well. They charge for extra bedding.We were supposed to get 2 complimentary water bottles every day but it was denied at the hotel. Good thing was,they let us heat baby milk in the kitchen,they allowed me in the kitchen to use the microwave which is appreciable. Wanted to check emails and since wifi wasnt working,i asked them for their laptop for 2 minutes but i was denied,which i can understand but they should help guests at any condition. The guy at the reception at night hours was quite rude,had no idea how to deal with customers in a customer centric business. Oh By the way,if you lose the key,the magnetic card ,they charge you INR 100 for it,so make sure you keep it close to your heart! Wouldn't stay again.... More

    Worst hotel ever. So I booked this hotel via OYO rooms, when i reached the hotel they denied my Check IN because of local ID which was a valid reason. But the day I booked this hotel they were accepting the local as well as outstation IDs. After that, i requested to allow me in the hotel the receptionist(guy) started behaving rudely and he said get out of my hotel and i told him that you are doing wrong. After some time i was fed up and was leaving the hotel. In last, i told him that i ll see you and i left. Thn i was waiting for my cab . After some he called his two friends for fighting purpose and so-called DADAGIRI . They came and take me back to the hotel and they were like kya kar lega tu ? nahi denge room. teri galti hai. And i was like are you guys mad? Raat ke 2 bje dadagiri kar rahe ho. and after some arguement . I finally left with my girl. So please never ever book this hotel. Staff is like gunda.... More

    Apart from Food, everything is bad about this hotel. 1. Small bed, not good with babies. 2. Rooms which face the main road have no noise insulation. Traffic noise whole night !!! 3. Basic amenities like kettle, tooth paste are all missing. 4. No exhaust in washrooms. 5. Staff quite ignorant and unapologetic about service troubles. I won’t say it’s value for money because you don’t get any value out of what you spend here !... More

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
