    Did not fulfill my expectations

    The pool area was nice and pools were clean and there was a lot of space. The tables besides the sunbeds were dirty and with ashtrays on every table, we transferred ours to the next table as we had children with us, but while swimming, the ashtrays had came back on the tables .Wifi connection was poor. Somehow working in the lobby and pool, sometimes not. In rooms no.Playground for children was dirty and not bothered to keep clean. On the slide, you are supposed to slide but you are stuck all the time. No free bottled water in fridge. The towels were stinking for the three first days, really bad, so we had to buy our own. Also, sometimes when the housekeeping was wiped our floor, it was stinking bad. Like a wet dog, as well as the towels. The staff was friendly, good English, very helpful, we specially liked the housekeeping ladies and Devran at the bar. Everything else in the room was perfect. Lovely view from balcony. Also, I don't understand why there was so much Russian music? It seems Russian guests were more important for you than other guests. It was a bit disappointment. I think you should improve the towels and cleaning equipment, so they don't stink.... More

    Let me start with the good this about this hotel: the hotel and rooms look nice, normal pool area. Thats about it. The bad things are: the rooms are cleaned (if cleaned at all) are i the evening, so its messy all day. After the room cleaning we found the same towels that were there yesterday. The food is not really good, and there is nothing to chose from. When you are eating it feel you are eating yesterdays leftovers. And the wi-fi is terrible, you can only use it in the reception and in some rare cases in the bar. When we opened the minibar in our room there was only one bottle of water, which was never refilled.... More

    Great hotel but way too many Russians and simple food!

    Overall a great hotel, nice, clean and friendly staff - and I would love to come back... but, i won't because of the amount of Russian guest which are behaving really badly. So if you are not Russian - I will not recomand you to stay here. Also - don't spend your money on All inclusiv, its not worth it. The food is very simple and the same day after day - and at the bar, you can really tell how have all inclusiv and not. Here is a difference of service level. But on all other parameter - it is a lovely hotel.... More

    A great place to stay

    I spent a week in this hotel and it was unforgettable pleasure! I had big and comfortable room with everything I need. The interior is also very nice and beautiful. Everything is made for guests. But the most important thing here was not about the room, it's about the staff. All of them are so nice,friendly, smiling. I liked them very much. They do their best in order to make the guest satisfied. There are only two things I would like to be better. First of all, it's Wi-Fi connection which was really bad. Of course, it didn't blemish my staying at all but as I couldn't connect with home normally it was a bit irritating. And the second thing is about the time of transfer to the beach. At the time the bus goes to the beach the sun is too hot that's why people usually are coming back to hide from it and to go again in the evening. So to my mind it would be better to change it for morning or evening hours. Fortunately the beach is about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel so I could reach it by myself.     Felt like home!

    My girlfriend & I just got back from our holiday in Alanya and Villa Sun flower hotel. We just want to thank all the staff from the hotel for making the 2 of us feeling like home. Everyone from the reception, restaurant and bar made us feel like we are royal family. This was stay at 4* hotel but with 7* service. Special thank to Mert from the reception and Sükrü, Tahir and Murat from the bar-You guys rock, and you will be rememberd for sure. Few things that were bothering us were old air condiotioning system that was a bit old and noisy like tractor, low wi-fi coverage and a rooster near hotel which was waking us up every morning at 07:30 :)... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
