    Booked through Oyo in the month of Oct '16. Find my review below: Pros: 1. Very compact room. Rooms are decent & clean. Sufficient space provided to stay lavishly. 2. Staffs are well behaved. 3. Breakfast provided was good & tasty. 4. Washroom is clean & well maintained. 5. Room decor is good. 6. Transport connectivity is very good. Cons: 1. Wi-fi connectivity is very poor sometimes. 2.     Hotel location is good. Complete value for money. The most attractive point was roof top restaurant. The only complaint one can make is that the size of the room was a bit small, however, the quality of the room and cleanliness was excellent. If it fits your budget then go for it.... More

    Not worth your stay

    I staid in this hotel in Juy for a weekend visit and it turned out to be nightmarish. I arrived on a rainy evening and it took quite long from the airport, no need to say I was looking forward to a good shower and some rest. First the hotel is not named as hereby shown, after several phone calls and help from a rickshaw wallah I finally found it. The entrance is in the back of a dirty muddy parking lot. I arrived at reception and while checking in, I hear noise of cutlery being dropped on the floor, I turned to see the dishwashing guy dring forks and knifes with a dirty towel and then dropping them on the ground in the stair case leading to the rooms. I made the manager aware of this and told him he shouldn't expect me to eat here. He took 4 hints and a light scolding from me to react and get the boy to stop. Unfortunately this continued throughout the weekend. In the room the window didn't close as there was no more handle, the cleanliness was average and the bed sheets full of holes, the hotel looked pretty old to me. when checking out, I was charged a paratha (food item)... my blood started boiling, how could have I been eating there after the check in incident. They agreed to remove the paratha but then brought the bed sheet and told me that I was the one that made the holes in it. They were shameless, those holes were from overuse, how could I have made dozens of small holes along the edge of the sheet while only sleeping there a few night? The yellowish tint of the sheet also shown how old it was. finally they trick you on thinking you will get a good place by asking for a huge night fee but giving you a discount of 60% on booking.com. This place is a scam and they just want your money. I do not recommend staying there.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
