    Small compact hotel in a congested area

    Location (3/5): Easy to miss frontage in a congested area just below Asalpha Metro station on the AG link road. Being 4-5 km from the Sahar International Airport is an advantage. No decent restaurants in the vicinity. No dedicated parking, being bang on the road in a commercial area. Room (3/5): Small-ish room with minimal elbow room. We were subjected to a constant noise from the attached bathroom's plumbing whenever we or neighboring rooms used the taps/closets. Basin in the bathroom was oddly made with its tap jutting to its center (pics uploaded), making it very difficult to bend over while using it. Room service (4/5): Good because of maybe very few guests? No in-house restaurant - food from a nearby one. Check-in/out (3/5): Check-in was ok but check-out delayed in spite of informing 10-15 min in advance.... More

    WORST LODGE FOR ANY HUMAN BEING WITH MOST UNSECURE WASHROOM

    We booked 2 rooms for 5 family members from oyo rooms.I called them 3 times and told We will arrive by 1 am(at night n asked them to keep rooms ready.But when we arrived ,manager told that only a single room is available and said sorry.I was left with no other option.We all had to stay in a single room.The room was full of rats bz of whom we could not sleep even for a single minute.Next day we asked for dinner at night 8 pm.And called them 10 times but sadly dinner was given literally after 2 hours. ***Moreover washroom had holes on its roof through which any1 can see inside..(INSECURE)**** I called oyo rooms after 2 days as I had no intention of spoiling my mood.See what oyo people said 4 times : 1ST TIME t:: Sorry Sirrrr..,U were given 2 rooms only.I ASKED THEM PLZ SEE CAM FOOTAGE 2ND TIME::We had chat with our ground team,they said U only asked them to give 1 room. 3RD TIME:WE CANT REFUND UR MONEY,SORRY. Let me tell you:This is a lodge n very unsecure place.The guys are thieves,looters and lyers.They r not even human.Their lodge is a KABOOTER-KHANA.... **BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK***... More

    Worst Services possible

    First of all the manager of OYO rooms should not be in a hospitality industry. The person was rude in every way possible to all the customer waiting, he even threatened a couple to leave the place and forego their booking if they are not happy with the services. The hotel checkin time which was scheduled for 12pm officially was pushed to 1:30PM in the afternoon because they had no cleaning staff available. The staff was asking unnecessary questions to even families and group of friends. They had no service whatsoever. The pics given on OYO rooms website are deceptive to say the least. The rooms provided are more like servant's quarters with everything crammed in a 8*8 size square. No hot water. No AC working. NEVER book this place or OYO rooms because the after service is even worse than that.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
