room was neat as expected from the oyo services,Location is at the best at a peacefll place,Services are good provided from the hotel and financially it is mid range,quick reponse from the staff,overall experience was very good.

The rooms were very spacious and booking two rooms helped us, as we had the complete 2 Bed room apartment for the whole family along with a hall room, dining room and 3 bathrooms.
Breakfast was inclusive but was very basic, like upma, bread-butter, tea/coffee.
They do not have an in-house restaurant, but just have a pantry to cater to requests for snacks.
But they provide menus of some restaurants and dhabas around the area and order food from there and charge the room service bill along with the actual bill of the food ordered.
Budget friendly hotel with good service

Reception folks are helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Support staff was helpful and service was quick. Vicinity to airport is a plus point. If you are looking for a budget hotel with decent services, you may consider it!
Worst Worst Ever. Highly recommended not to stay here.

This was worst experience I have ever had in any Indian hotel room. This was not a hotel or apartment. More like a Sarai or Lodge. Everything was terrible. Paint from ceiling peeling off. Door knobs all broken. No water in the tap. The biggest of all bugs & mosquito. Bed & Linen were having bugs. They were so bad that me & my wife still having red mosquito bite marks after one week. Had to visit a doctor. Breakfast was ok. I guess they bought from a nearby restaurant & gave us. Never ever expected this from oyo rooms. My previous oyo rooms experience has been good. There services is terrible but atleast there rooms are very good. I will never ever consider oyo rooms for my future travel

As usual we paid the money in advance. But on the day the train derailed even before we getting into it - so was forced to call the hotel to tell them not arriving and cancel the booking. They were cool and we received a message 100% of the money is deducted as per company rules. Why 100% the answer is the rule. Advice: never pay in advance and always pay at the hotel. These companies are the onetime shops - absolutely no customer relationship to continue with business.
