    Rooms are dirty. On arriving we had to get the bed sheets and pillows replaced. There were bugs in the room. The Dining area is so congested that it is very difficult to sit for a family of larger members.. All in all worst place to stay.... More

    Worst place to stay especially with family...bad odour ..untidy sheets.. tried to cover sheets with blankets but blankets were also smelly. will never visit this hotel again & strongly not recommended.... More

    Worst ever! I woke up with a rat on my face.

    It's dirt cheap, 600/- without a bill and 700/- with a bill. Monkeys keep jumping all over the panelled roof through the night. There was a smell of poop in the room, bit it went on opening the window lightly with hope that Monkeys don't get in. On the 3rd night, 1am... Woken up by something running around... There was a rat on head and pillow... I freaked! It scurried away.. Couldn't sleep after that and checked out at daybreak. ... More

    Stayed for one night, friendly staff, but old furnishment

    We chosed this hotel because our host in Kalka recommended it. For the price (about 1250 Rupees), you get a solid and spacious room, but not more. The furnishment is quite old, the heater in the bathroom was defect, so we had to take a cold shower. But the place was clean. For a short stay I can recommend this place, for longer I would choose another one.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
