    My overall experience of staying was good with Orritel. I have also stayed at Orritel Talegoan.The overall hospitality is good. However there are a few things which I would like to convey them Pros 1) Pool was good 2) Superior and Premium rooms were good and clean. 3) Well maintained property 4) Very good tress and plants. Cons 1) The welcome kit was not provided. We had to call and ask for things like dental kit, water,soaps etc 2) We stayed for 3 nights but for the first 2 days the breakfast was so average. But on the third day when the resort was quite full which included foreigners, the breakfast spread just doubled which so many options which should have been ideally a part of our previous 2 days package too. I quite felt cheated that by paying a price of 4k we did not deserved that kind of hospitality which we have observed with other hotels in Goa like Marinha Dourado, The Living Room etc. 3) Superior and Premium rooms are very big but their washrooms are very very small. 4) Staff is not that professional as compared to other hotels in this segment....     Place has potential but needs serious work.

    AC in room wasn't working, tea kettle was rusted from inside and wasn't working, wi-fi was so weak we didn't use, two power outlets in room weren't working. Place has nice ambiance but its not maintained very well. Can't recommend it after all the hassles we faced.... More

    Orritel is a perfect Beautiful place to stay around Vagator area which is very near to all the pubs bars restaurants and beaches. The property is very well maintained n newly built. Rooms are huge in size and reasonably priced. The swimming pool is amazing n the interiors are also green n Beautiful. The breakfast served was good too and service standards are excellent.... More

Orritel Village Square is situated at a distance of 27 km from Basilica of Bom Jesus and 18 km from Panjim Bus Stand . It offers free WiFi to its patrons.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
