    Stayed here for one night but the rooms, furniture and bathrooms are rundown/shabby and are low quality. Even the beds/mattress is sagging, curtain hold dust and need a vacuum.. and more. All said, staff was very pleasant and helpful.... More

    As "Trip Advisor" has given this property a "Certificate of Excellence" and we were getting a good deal, I decided to book this hotel for an overnight stay on our drive up from Goa. The Hotel is located just about 3 Kms off the highway so the location is perfect. They also have dedicated parking inside the hotel premises which was another of my requirements. Arrived at the hotel at about 4pm and the room was ready for us. The Hotel is about 10 years old. Room was fine. Decent size. Bed was firm but not too hard. Comfortable enough but could be better. A.C. worked well. TV was a flat screen unit with most channels available. Internet was free and speed was O.K.Small fridge as well as tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The washroom was also a decent size but the tiling looked old and worn. There were some basic toiletries provided. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was O.K. So far, so good. Now the problems started. The electricity failed several times during the night/early morning. The first time, expecting power back up, we waited for a while before calling the Reception. We were then told that we had to remove and re-insert the key card of the room. Unbelievable!! This happened another 3 times and each time I had to get up and do the "card trick". When I tried calling Reception again, the phone was also dead. Needless to say, our whole night's sleep was ruined and when I complained about this in the morning, the staff did not seem too concerned. We left the hotel after breakfast (which was O.K.) in a bad mood. This was not the best way to start a day which was again going to be spent behind the wheel of a vehicle. Needless to say, the disturbed sleep also had a "knock-on" effect as I then started feeling sleepy while driving and we had to make additional stops to refresh ourselves thus delaying our arrival at our destination. This hotel does not deserve the "Trip Advisor" Certificate of Excellence.... More

    Decent Hotel with Pleasant Stay

    Stayed in this hotel for about 8 days in 2 breaks. Was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Room size is standard and neat. Internet speed needs huge improvement. Breakfast and Meals were good, scope for improvement is always there. Staff - some of them are extremely courteous and customer friendly. Would like to name a couple - Sumit George from Front Office and Ram Rajan - Marketing Manager were brilliant and outstanding.... More

    Not worth the money - Not at 3 star level

    Right from the time we landed at your parking till departure the service and hospitality was no where worth the 3 start rating you claim to be. We came to the Parking at night and there was nobody to even guide us. I entered the reception area and was standing there but the two guys sitting were comfortably on their mobile without even bothering to see us till I said I have a booking. There is supposed to be vallet parking but no one was available. The security guards at the gate even did not know how to talk properly to a guest.No ball boys available. Although my booking was for 3 persons, extra bed was not there when I checked in. The toileteries were inadequate for 3 people and only one dental kit and towel was provided till we asked for more. No one picks up calls at Housekeeping. They even don't put the daily need of drinking water in the room without being told - that too through reception. The bathroom does not fit to be a bathroom of a 3 star hotel. In totality, my stay was not at all comfortable and worth the money paid. Grossly unprofessional and unworthy of 3 star category. Even a budget hotel would fare better.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
