    Not Upto Hygienic Standard
    on Jan 11, 2019
I arrived on 24th July 11.30 pm. First thing I saw was yellowish toilet paper (pic 1). It must be because of fungus due to splashed water from shower & the toilet paper had not been changed. I didn't use it. Pic 2-4 are yellowish blots on bed sheets. Definitely it's not properly washed. I disgusted but I couldn't go anywhere since almost midnight. Next morning I asked for a fresh towel. What I got is pic 5:yellowish blot in towel. I was frustrated so I decided only stay for 2 nights (1st night was when I arrived & 2nd night is 25th July). On 25th July noon I wanted to go lunch in nearest restaurant. I didn't know direction, I asked reception where should I heading. The receptionist told me there's strike going on. "It's better to dine here." I back to my room then ordered Kolhapuri Dal. 2-3 hours after eat I got diarrhea. It happened 4x until my dinner time. (I had digestive biscuit that I brought for dinner) That means food was not hygienic either. Next day I checked out. I showed these pictures to reception as complaint. The reception introduced me to the chef. His reason is Kolhapuri cuisine is very spicy so tourists can't bear the heat, that's why I got diarrhea. That's lame reason. 1. I belong to Minang ethnic (one of Indonesian ethnic whose cuisine is very spicy). Since childhood I've been eating very spicy food. 2. I know the difference of diarrhea & stomachache due to spicy food. Stomachache due to spicy food will resulted to bloating & rising of gastric acid/acidity. But I didn't feel such symptoms. 3. I often cook Indian food in Jakarta especially dal. If I don't k On 26th July in new place I didn't find any news about strike in Mumbai.... More

    Highly recommended for long stay
    on Jan 9, 2019
I have stayed in this hotel multiple times on my official trip. My stays are generally long one , from 3 weeks to 2 months. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for long stay. Location : ccessibility for daily needs is very good due to it's location and you don't need to go far to fulfil your daily needs. Food: Large Indian menu and all types of cuisine taste good. Staff: Very courteous staff. Mr. Rupesh , very nice man and knows how to talk with guests and very helpful Improvements : - They restrict food items in breakfast , for example eggs. No restaurant does that. I think they should change this policy of restriction on food items - Sanitary fixatures needs to maintain well - Internet should be 2-3 users without any restriction Overall it has been great stay and best suited for family and long stay... NOT A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL
    on Jul 4, 2018
We were there for a family marriage ceremony. The Hotel have good parking space. Around 15 cars can be parked. the breakfast is just lousy. They even do not serve egg free with breakfast !!! The receptionist is extremely good. But other staff are ill trained and not professional. The lift are quiet old and not reliable. The rooms are not that good as compared to the price they charge and other hotels. One can get good hotels at similar rates or little 500/- to 1000/- extra payment. They allotted us one room, where the AC was not working !!! They have changed the room thereafter immediately.... More
