    Very conveniently located on Cathedral Road behind Hot Breads and Copper Chimney... Room Service is good and efficient. Complimentary Breakfast is very limited in options.     Excellent place to stay. I stayed in deluxe room. Very clean and spacious and quite place and close to US Consulate. Staff is very cooperative and service is good. The owner himself makes sure the occupants have a pleasant stay. AC, WiFi, two lockers , Cable TV, daily newspaper , writing table with chairs , intercom , hot shower , shampoo, soaps , clean towels.     Sufacating n smelling rooms with swatch Bharath taxes included in billing. Prices of Star accommodation and services to th standards of railway waiting rooms. Defnetly should be the last choice in that area. Room service staff should be trained to be to th standards. Food sucks. ... More

    The hotel is in a convenient location for most of the embassy's and consulates in the area. I stayed for one night as it was a little over my budget. The single room has two twin beds, wardrobe and fridge with a dressing table mirror and tv with cable. I was very comfortable here but the wifi was inconsistent and there was some building work going on next to my room. The room could do with a good clean as the mirror and bathroom looks a little old and the towels were dirty when I arrived, but the porter changed them for me as soon as I asked. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and will attend to your needs. I had the southern Indian complimentary breakfast, which was idli and samba and it was delicious! I would have stayed longer if it was a little cheaper! There is a few restaurants in walking distance, including a nandos! Overall very good, although I was woken in the morning at 8.30am with a knock on the door asking if I wanted clean sheets. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
