    This hotel is near to Calangute beach. It is Difficult to find if you are not using google map. Room was good and clean. Located in peaceful area. Buffet breakfast was included in offer and it was good. It has free wifi. Walking distance to beach. There are many restaurants surrounded. Rent a bike shop is nearby.... More

    I stayed in orchid de Goa for one night.. Stay was comfortable but I felt that price was bit higher for that property.. And interms of breakfast they just gave bread and jam ..but I paid around 200 extra for Including breakfast while booking ... More

    In Goa,Generally you need a place to stay at night.Full day any which ways you keep roaming.So Orchid de Goa is the best option as it is walking distance from Calangute Beach,Main road is just 2 minutes away,Centrally located and all this for just 1850 rupees.What else do you want ????? we stayed here for 2 nights,Neat and clean rooms,Great service,spacious,balcony attached,24/7 reception,great food.......One of the best places to stay in Goa....Go for it guys... More

    Best example for the worst service

    It was not the first visit to Goa although it was with our family and yes like everybody we wanted to make this a memorable one but Alas that was not the case. 1. Even though it was a budget hotel the expectation of toilets being clean is fair but it wasn't. Along with that the terrible part was that we were not able to close the door of the toilet at all!! 2. The rooms were with AC but it would work intermittently, none of the staff even bothered to explain or show how it works. 3. The most irate part of the stay were the owners of the hotel. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOCK THE DOOR WITH THE KEY INSIDE?! This was the same thing that happened to us. And would you believe me telling that THERE IS NO DUPLICATE KEY OF THE ROOMS AVAILABLE WITH THEM!??? Irrespective of this, it was unbelievable how the owner spoke. Being in the hospitality service we were appalled by the reaction we got from a 63 year old man. How do I know the exact age? Well this was the reason given to us that only because he is old n hence his reaction. I would say age is just the reason, it is only the frustration that he lives with I guess. Being a human first n then a woman I would never dare to scream at an old person but I was forced to. You can't ABUSE nor can anyone tell us to GET OUT OF THE HOTEL!!!!! Even more frustrating was that none of them came back to us to apologize. Neither did his son nor the other members of the staff. Even though there were a very few things good about the place but these incidents would never allow me to even remember about even a single good thing. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
