    Don't get excited if you get a room at low cost, one thing I felt good was the high speed wifi and the service. They are trying hard to help/serve us but that's limited to some extend. The size of the rooms and other facilities are so poor. It feels like deserted inside the hotel. The construction works was going on my next room. Food--- Low quality breakfast and no lunch/dinner. Wifi----- V.Good. (Thumbs up) Service-- Good. Always ready to help. Overall its better consider another room if you need some fresh air and nice surrounding... More

    Just average Small hotel rooms

    I stayed in this hotel because of my program at Park hyatt, which is just opposite to this hotel. I forced to stay there for 7 nights with my colleague, hotel employees are good, but not professional, Breakfast was very poor and basic, rooms are very small, it is good only for business trips, families stay away please! i faced water & power supply cuts couple of times!...     Noisy, grubby and worst breakfast

    I arrived here at 11pm at night off a train intending to stay two nights. I was shown to a tiny room with a filthy bathmat, right next to reception. Asked for another room but was little better with a tiny TV, nasty smell, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom and people talking loudly in the corridor outside. Even worse was the traffic noise. This place is located on a very busy city intersection, windows are not double glazed and felt like I was sleeping on a motorway. The breakfast buffet was the worst I saw in 6 weeks of travel in India. Two dishes that looked like dinner leftovers and some kind of soggy bread. The staff did their best and were friendly and helpful but I checked out after one night.... More

    The hotel is located at the junction of Sardar Patel Road (Raj Bhavan) and Velachery Road. We stayed there from November 29, 2015 for one night. The now famous rains and flooding started from the next day. Nearest vegetarian restaurant (Adyar Anand Bhavan)is about 200 metres away. Quite a few options of non- vegetarian restaurants viz wangs, Ponnusamy, etc. Hyatt Park, Lemontree, Vestin, ITC Grand Chola & Checkers are within 1 Km. Room is compact and provided with good bed and mattress, wardrobe, dressing table, flat TV, etc. WiFi was always available. The split air-conditioner was leaky with water flowing throughout the night onto the bed. The bathroom had a closet and hot/ cold water supply was provided. The shower did not have enough pressure. Lack of intercom made me visit Reception many times. Sumptuous buffet breakfast was provided on the fourth floor Dining Room. Approach to the entrance of the Hotel could have been paved avoiding to wade through muddy water when it rains. Smart card access to room was dysfunctional for all guests. The Hotel is also called OYO Rooms Guindy Raj Bhavan Junction and got a good deal of less than 1K for double occupancy. More attention to be paid on maintenance of the facility. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
