It is close to the hospital and good for the patients of the hospital.Is is also well connected to other places of Chennai as it is close to Mount Road.Spencers Plaza Mall is 03 km from this hotel....     Olive Residency is located on the Greams Road near Apollo hospital. It is very average hotel and the rooms are not spacious. The only positive point is its proximity to Apollo hospital. There are quite a few vegetarian and non-vegetarian hotels nearby. The place is easily accessible with public transport as it is close to mount road.... More

    I booked this hotel through goibibo, for 1 night. When I arrived, they first pretended that they did not have the booking but when I showed my booking confirmation, they said they are fully booked. I protested and they told me as if they are doing a favour, to walk over to their 'sister' concern - another hotel 400m away. Terrible experience.... More

    I booked an Empire deluxe room for 6 nights 20 th to 26 th March. Room is not so spacious as the deluxe rooms meant to be . But it is cleaned , no smell , good a.c .. again the toilet is not worthy of a deluxe room!!! .there is no ventilation also. but free wi fi is xlnt .. the hotel has no in house restaurant .. but the staff will fetch ur foods promptly from outside if u order..so staffs are really good. Apollo Children Hospital is 10 mins walking distance.. But u cannot get own cooking facility , no kitchen in the hotel.... More

    I had stayed at this hotel for many times in the past 5-6 years. the quality of the hotel have come down a lot . there are clealiness issues . and also have a suffocating smell of the damp walls. i have seen small bugs and even one time a beg bug . this is a convenient location for going to apollo hospital . express avenue mall is just 1.5 km away. and there is great non veg arabic restaurant near by ( sea shells)....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
