    The receptionist was very friendly and helpful which was first impression of the hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a tournment that my daughter was attending.I was impressed by all of the staff with the hotel and the room was very comfortable in every way. Normally, I don't give praise lightly, the rooms are very clean and was well equipped and comfortable, with excellent service in the restaurant. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service is attentive and efficient(Spl thanks to the chef for preparing such a tasteful dishes). I could go on, but suffice it to say, I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future without doubt.  ... More

    Simply Worst .. Do not deserve a single star

    First of all its not a hotel but a lodge. We arrived at this property at 12:30 pm and receptionist was surprised and nervous to see us. Although our check in time was 12:00 pm we were asked to stand (only 2 chairs in area) and wait as rooms were not ready. Neither they were ready to carry our baggage and move to rooms. Tiny rooms with a bed and bathrooms. Narrow passage wherein one speaking inside a room can be heard by someone passing by outside. No hot water facility neither they provide any room service from 9 pm to 9am. Intercom does not work. Lift and AC's keeps making horrible sounds. Leaked water on wall are clearly visible. Colva beach is around 2.5 km and not walkable . This hotel listing should be removed and blacklisted. Not worth stay even at free of cost. If you have booked this property then be ready to experience the horror. I would suggest tripadvisor to kindly personaly check the property and remove the listing or blackist the same. Its a zero star property.... More

    Terrible Hotel!

    This is the worst hotel to stay in Colva. We arrived at this hotel sharp at 11.45AM, the receptionist told us to wait for 5 minutes as cleaning work was going on. We stood outside almost for half n hour of hotel with our baggages as there were only 2 chairs available and none of them was vacant. Hotel staff doesn't seems to welcome their guests. We entered the room, it was big enough but the ceilings and walls were having leakage marks. Bed and Sofa were too soft, we ended up with back pain. AC was spitting out water, we filled up almost 10 glasses. Tiles were broken in the Bathroom anyone could get a cut easily. We did not complain because we just wanted to spend 2 nights. They have their own restaurant but if you are big foodie, there's not much options available. Colva beach is bit far from this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.... More

    The rooms had more than what we could have asked for from a budget hotel. The mini fridge specially was really helpful as we could store our beer chilled. Also, the rooms were tastefully done and had full power backup. Though the wifi was a bit on and off at times but I guess that was because of the heavy rains outside. Offering Wi-Fi service and free breakfast to the guests, Ocean Residency is a budget hotel located in Goa. The hotel shares close proximity to one of the best and biggest beaches - Colva. Ocean Residency has 9 spacious rooms in their 2 storey hotel premises. In room amenities includes cable/satellite TV, study table, fridge, tea/coffee maker and a luggage rack. Ocean Residency has a restaurant with live kitchen that offers delicious Indian, Chinese and World cuisines to the guests. The hotel provides facilities such as gym(Rs. 50/- only for full day use), spa, salon and many more. Further, this hotel also provides intercom facility, internet access, doctor on call, laundry services and standby power supply. Hotel is located (2 km) away from Colva Road Bus Stand, Goa International Airport is (24 km), Margoa Railway Station is (6 km), Main Market (5 km), Colva Beach (2 km) and Benalim Beach is (3 km) away from Ocean Residency.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
