Very nice hotel.

The staff at the hotel were really great, I cannot fault any of them. From the staff at reception, housekeeping, the Nautilus restaurant to the security staff, all were very helpful and friendly with big smiles.
I was given a hotel room without a balcony on the first night, which I wasn't too happy about. Thankfully I was moved to another room the day after with a lovely balcony which had the sun from 8am to 4pm. The room was very clean, with fresh towels daily, free safe, double bed, air con and fan.
The hotel is a short walk to the beach down Holiday Street which is good as I didn't like the pool area. This was too small for my liking.
I enjoyed breakfast at the Nautilus. Good choice of both Indian and continental food and again, the staff were helpful in explaining what was what. This is a nice hotel and I would go back in the future.
Good hotel.. good location..

This property is near to beach which is the advantage.. rooms are spacious and with proper amenities. The breakfast is average. Support staff needs some more training. Room service is also a bit on the slower side..
3 star hotel with great staff.

The staff in the hotel were 5 star, however the staff in the Nautilus restaurant were exceptional.
The waiters such as Ritesh (Rikky), Birkam, Rohan, Jayandthra were all fabulous and gave us such good service and great advice about what to eat ensuring that the food we chose in the hotel restaurant was done just as we liked it. We stayed on Half Board and found the food very good.
Great location - near the beach / local shops and restaurants with taxis at the end of the street.
There is daily entertainment such as folklore shows, Karaoke, singing etc.
Lovely room, spacious and 2 great balconies.
- Negatives -
The cleaning could be a lot better both in the hotel and in the pool area.
The restaurant was grubby.
The internet wasn’t great.
Average 3 star hotel

Not the best hotel for atmosphere , pool etc
3 blocks with building work all around , a private house in the middle of the grounds and very average facilities.
The hotel wasnt the cleanest with the dining room being in need of a bloody good clean as the windows , window frames, buffet cupboards and walls were all dirty.
That said the staff in the restaurant were excellent, courteous , friendly and helpful and the food was generally good .
The room (333) was a suite and was quite good, comfortable , well equipped with TV, speaker, tea and coffee and was recently decorated. Once again the cleanliness wasn't the best with the shower glass and mirror not cleaned during the stay.
And if you need WiFi whilst you are away - forget staying here as it was very temperamental and every 3 days you had to renew the password,
