    This Hotel is situated at convenient location between Airport and IT Hub at Rajarhat. The rooms and facilities are good. On food part options for vegetarian is lower and many of times food items in buffet were not hot. Overall experience was good and food part could be improved by management for buffer breakfast and dinner.... More

    Novotel is located at a convenient location from the Airport, but NOT at the convenient location from the city. SO book accordingly. If your main programme is in the city you can go a little away from it which will definitely take you to the main tourists' spots. However, the hotel rooms are good with cosmopolitan urban city view. The rooms are quite okay with comfortable and five-star sort amenities. The breakfast buffet which is complimentary in some cases are fine too! As because I am quite experienced with the five star lounges and suites, I want them to keep some MORE SMART and confident people at the front desk or at the reception. They are really NOT competent.... More

    We had very nice experience here. This was our second visit to this hotel. My son is 5 years old and he is Allergic to cow milk. When we asked management, they provided us soya milk asap and made sure that he doesn’t consume cow milk in all of his meals. In 3-4 days all the restaurant ppl were like known to us and was very nice and caring. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. Food and bakery stuff is very tasty. Only drawback which I noticed was pool water temperature was not maintained and kids area was not taken care properly. Overall with kids you can have good time ! ... More

    This hotel is really nice don’t get me wrong. Breakfast is good with many options but most food items weren’t hot and frankly lacked flavor.. seemed a bit bland. The room was nice, but the beds could be more comfortable. Staff is very professional and attentive. Would stay here again but wasn’t “wowed” by this place.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
