    Visited the property with family and friends. And 4th time this time. Had always thought that 1 night was not sufficient for this property as there is so many things and activities to do in this property. So stayed for two nights this time and was a very good decision. Full hotel was decorated in Christmas decor and was looking so nice and had festive spirit. The staff at the reception and the The Square are so warm and welcoming. Chef made our son's birthday more special by making him a yummy cake. Special thanks to Namit Shetty Manager and Trupti who have always been a good and welcoming host. Kudos to the staff at The Square and Special thanks to Deepak who took care of our all meals and took special care in serving my mom who is on wheelchair. Will return to the property next year soon.     1. Food served by Pankej Chef and it's team were outstanding. One of the best food in my life..Special thanks to Pankej chef. 2.Room. Good Amenities n gud space..Al basic requirements were covered.... 3.Staff: staff members were too cordinative n helpful... I world defenetly like to visit again very soon...     We are visiting Imagica and decided to stay at Novotel overnight and thoroughly disappointed with so many things. When you pay 15k a night, you expect a certain standard of room finish and service attitudes but this place is a monopolistic regime run to fleece people and provide sub-par experience because if one wants to stay overnight at Imagica, where can one go? The rooms are absolutely terrible to begin with. The 6th floor was smelling of dampness and there were workmen / labourers who were carrying out work without any visible permits unattended and strolling in the lobby. We were on the 6th floor then and a sub-par singer was practicing for Christmas in the lobby in the ground floor and even after closing the room door, you could hear his really loud voice clearly in your room. They had a few games in the lobby but one had to pay money to play them.. like really??? Shouldn't it be complimentary? There was a drop van to take you to Imagica but there was no way to get picked up.. so we walked back on our own with two kids after a tiring day at the park. And when I had booked, no one told us to get an extra bed - though I was very clear at the time of booking that it's for a couple and two kids and when we asked for an extra bed - the duty manager asked for rs 2000 which he brought down to rs 1500 - and I told him that we will sleep in the same bed with a promise that I will promptly write this review. The duty manager argued with me on almost all the points - that the music practise was not in the night and I am guessing, it's fair to not let your guests choose if they want to sleep or relax in peace because the acoustics of this place suck! And yes, those random labourers without any official badge or access card moving around in the balcony are fine and hence, once the duty manager who hasn't even done a 101 in managing customer service intended for a 4 star hotel argues defiantly- all I can tell him is that it's his hotel eventually and he makes all the rules. It's my obligation to let the world know that as soon as someone comes and opens a decent hotel with just the basic 5 star customer service, this place will be outclassed and out of business in no time! I hope the big guys at Novotel will do some surprise checks here ... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
