    It was our honeymoon booked it almost a month and half ago and my husband mentioned all the priorities but the policy they have to pay in advance for extras as security before u check in was very disappointing. Though we paid everything for room tariff well in advanced. Happy with the food. Happy with housekeeper kalita she made the room beautiful No views from room. Hotel stinks in the morning like hell. Rooms were clean n ok in terms of odour. Swimming pool is very big n good,well maintained but was very upset with the room we did mention to the hotel staff about the they said they will get back to us Bt it never happened in our 5 days stay. At the time of check out front office Manager did come to us n apologised but for us it was something couldn’t satisfied us.... More

    Just back from a wonderful 2 weeks at this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and cleaned every day. The room boy made us towel sculptures nearly every day. The pool and garden area is well maintained and there are plenty of sun beds. We were breakfast only and it was amazing. Everything you could imagine was available. The head waiters name was Bheem and he came to speak to us every morning. the hotel is well situated for the candolim and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Over all a very enjoyable stay... More

    Being an ACCOR PLUS member, meant nothing to this Novotel Property! Check-in: We had completed the online checkin with all details including the credit card info, a day before the arrival I was called and requested for a credit card details and advised that the info was not available on the site.....I had a screen shot to prove it and our guest relationship host confirmed that I dont give it on the phone , I would be denied accommodation! I gave him a card number! Reached hotel on 2 Dec at 12:10 AM, and the GRH to my astonishment read the card details that I uploaded into the site while I did my online checkin. We spent 20 mins , for checkin even while I had performed the online piece. Most of the times , its well under 10 mins inclidung the wait time if any to get my card keys to the room , while online checkin! ACCOR PLUS member <face palm><face palm> Room- No upgrade , since its fully booked, but given a room were fresh paint smell, made your eyes irritated....the glass partition on the bath room wall , was replaced by card board and had just being painted, no go to change the room, since I was told even before occupancy -THAT THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED! ACCOR PLUS member <face palm><face palm> Mini bar- Nothing in there, had to call and request it being refilled, house keeping had forgotten it ...ACCOR PLUS member <face palm><face palm> Mosquitoes in the room and they had also forgotten to keep a repelant, had to remind them. Restaurant - Breakfast was a night mare, when you know this is a peak season- why not have your staffing done appropriately, either you were under staffed or not utilizing the staff appropriately, it was like entering a 1 star -highway side restaurant. Where was the guest relationship host? When you enter a busy place like this, you are welcomed and assured by a GRH to wait while they get you a table, me and my wife went in circles for 17.4 mins, (Yes I timed it) , to find a place for ourselves....asked for the table to be cleaned, asked for napkins-cutlery - water- thrased the food that we had with us while we were hunting for a place to eat!!!! ACCOR PLUS member <face palm><face palm> Food - Enjoyed the Israeli poaches eggs..Super tasty! We spent almost a day lounging at the pool side gazebo, the only saving grace of our stay...the folks at the pool side counter were awesome! Awesome fish steaks!... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 03 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
