    Okay, so this was my first time in goa, I was here to attend a wedding and because of a goofup regarding my reservation, I ended up in Novotel, Candolim instead of Novotel DonaSylvia, Cavelossim (both at polar opposite ends of goa by the way), but after my experience over here at Novotel, Candolim, I'm kinda thankful for the goof-up, for I ended up experiencing the best in class hospitality here! Now I usually write my reviews (I'm a zomato reviewer), under 3 headings, so i'll go with the same format over here! Ambience - This place has a really pleasant ambience with a feel good vibe to it! With a really good open area next to the banquet where I spent almost an hour, just sitting in silence! The pool area is pretty well maintained too! Coming to the, Staff and services - The staff here is really courteous and friendly. Ms. Linda, was really helpful. Not only did she help me clear up the mess I got myself into, but she was also courteous enough to get me water, when I wanted some but was too shy to ask (to me personally, these small gestures make a big difference), and I genuinely appreciate that! Lastly, Food - So, while waiting for my cab, I decided to try the 'Goan mushroom chilly' and I must say, at first I thought it'd be the regular mushroom chilly, but this one kinda had a spicy zing to it, which I personally love! So, all in all, I would recommend Novotel to anyone who wants to visit goa, and I'd personally love to come back here some time, only next time it'll be as an actual guest who's there to stay. And lastly, I really appreciate and thank Novotel for their hospitality, and Ms. Linda for not only helping me clear up the mess, but also for getting me that bottle of water (like I said, for me, these small gestures make a big difference)!     Super stay as always at this delightful hotel. Breakfast is well laid out, and the staff are very helpful. The house keeper IMRAM was fantastic at his job and could not do enough for us, cleaning our room each day to a very high standard. Lovely toiletries left in the bathroom.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
