    Where to start; The staff first couldn't find our reservation, we arrived in the middle of the night: annoying. The room was smelly, i think it came from the carpet. AC was broken, bed sheets were damp. Giant cockroach in the bathroom. Then, the second night the staff couldn't find our room key which we left at the check in counter. It took 4 men and 15 minutes to find the key :-( Two stars cause we could store our luggage... More

    Had a short stay in the hotel, from 11 to 12 of Aug.2013, Room cleaning was so so but toilet was dirty, hand held shower was defunct. Small TV was kept as showpiece. And the Most embarrassment was the room service as they provide service from 08-00AM to 10-00 PM only.... More

    A "dirty" transit option

    I won't go into too much detail, but the lack of basic cleanliness was the downfall here. My room had layers of dust that looked to have been accumulating for many, many months. There were patches of mold in places, particularly the bathroom. There didn't appear to be a drain in the bathroom for the shower, and mere evaporation was the only outlet. The staff were somewhat friendly, although they weren't too considerate given they were quiet rowdy downstairs until around 11:30pm; they should know better given they're running a transit hotel near the airport (I.e. sleep deprivation is often rife). The location is about 15 minutes in a rickshaw from the airport, which is fairly good given the heavy traffic in the area. The hotel arranged the transfee in the morning for 200 rupees. Overall, decent location but horrible rooms despite having A/C and a TV (rarities in retrospect). ... More

    Hotel is close to Dumdum metro station and about 7-8 kms from the airport. Nothin special aout the hotel, rooms are small but have a television and air conditioning. There is no provision of warm water in the bathroom but they would be happy to provide it in buckets. Bathroom is average but clean and does not smell. They give you basic toiletries. On the whole, its an average hotel but the price we paid was average as well (Rs 990 per night). The management was helpful with directions. hence would rate this as value for money. However, keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel and the for stars given indicate the value for money proposition only.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
