    We booked Nishita residency from the 16th August ( 3 nights) as the kids were playing a chess tournament nearby and we needed rooms near the venue for them to rest for a few hours each day-12 to 3 pm We booked at the full per night rate listed on a travel website , for an executive room On our arrival we were checked into a room . About 30 minutes later just as we were settled , another guest was sent to our room to check in and we were unceremoniously told to shift , as apparently the hotel had allotted the ‘ wrong room ‘ to us We were moved to a tiny room reeking of cigarette smoke , apparently the executive room Asked to be shifted to a bigger room and after paying cash at the venue ( awaiting receipt ) we were moved . Throughout this the staff acted extremely rude and and is the whole thing was our fault The listing says free parking .There is parking for just 3 cars( even if you offer to pay ) We had to park on a garbage heap nearby on two of the days Finally , on 18th while leaving , we requested the hotel for a late checkout on 19th , till 2pm . ( Considering we had been staying only a few hours each day and paying full rate , and the hotel was almost empty , we thought this should be okay ) We had to argue with the extremely aggressive and rude pair at the front desk who insisted our ‘ 3 days are over ‘ ; and finally managed to explain to them that if we were staying the night , with a 3 nights booking 16th , 17th ,18th , we would in fact be using the room on 19th till check out .     Pathetic, health deptt should shut it down

    The one star is because there is no option for zero stars... My wife had booked this hotel for my son who was participating in a tournament nearby and couldn’t keep coming back home in the daytime.. so we used it only for 3-4 hours in the day and hence managed to get by.. Coming to the review... Firstly it’s a hotel run by thugs and liars.. They will never give you the room you book and downgrade you or want extra money... Secondly while on trip advisor they proudly talk about “Free Parking” they “forget” to mention that they have only 3 parking slots.....Thirdly it’s next to a garbage dump so be prepared to assault your noses with that stench...Fourthly the staff talk like thugs/ goons / total gangster types who can’t be reasoned with at all ... as they will rudely shout you down for everything... Come here ONLY if you want some sadistic pleasure in living in a wretched “hotel” situated on a garbage dump...... More

    I booked in nishita residency owing to its location near Highway, but while arriving to check in they shifted me to their another hotel further inside. The provided us a room on the 2nd floor and it has no lift. My mom has knee problem so we asked to give us some other room but no. At least they should had mentioned there is no lift. At night when we ordered food from the menu provided in the room the food came quite late and the prices were higher than what was mentioned in the menu. On complaining they said they have ordered from a diff restaurant. Bad service, bad food, bad experience. ... More

    We booked deluxe room through goibibo and upon arrival we were taken to a small room stating it a deluxe room .the hotel was sold out so they cheated us by giving executive room instead of deluxe. Not at all what we see in their pictures. Not reccomendable.rooms were not cleaned properly. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
