WOW!!! AMAZINGLY TRULY NIRVANA YET AGAIN!!!

We have been visiting Nirvana Hermitage over the last so many years. What we still LOVE about this property is that it is till GREEN, Rustic & Peaceful yet maintained how it was years back & the Management still continues with the USP.. which is very difficult to find in a destination like Goa where not even an inch left for more concrete construction of buildings.
We still wake up with peacocks sound & bird chirping. The orchid pool still nestled in the greenery around. Nature still in abundance. Pleasant wind all day, Sumptuous breakfast, courteous staff, can go On & On....
Glad to be a Part of this wonderful Nirvana Family!!!
Cheers!!! Guys you doing a Great Job.
Bathroom was horrible, staff not friendly, not worth the cash

I’m sure this was once a nice place but not anymore, paint is running off the walls in the bathroom, it almost looks as if the room was flooded and in need of repair. The bath was dirty. I’d probably suggest they set the bathroom on fire and build it again.
They charged a crazy amount of money for staying here. The room was very basic
staff not pleasant to deal with.
Only upside is that it’s close to German Bakery and is very private.
Changed but still okay

Having stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, I was very much looking forward to staying here for Christmas eve and day on this trip, as it was my favorite hotel i had ever stayed at in Goa, Back then i remember lush gardens on the winding pathways to the room, with a beautiful pool and pool bar, and a Yoga garden, it had fantastic food at the restaurant and also great room service. Now it seems a little run down from back then, with the pool still very nice, but it had no parasol around the very few sun beds and seemingly an unused pool bar, the gardens that was so lush are now just a few green plants, the Yoga garden seemed unused and a little over grown, they had no restaurant meals any more, but did serve a nice breakfast there in the mornings, Room service is no more either, The room i originally stayed in was a deluxe cottage as i did again on this trip, it was very clean inside, but the bathroom seemed to be aged 10 years, On the plus side, the main draw for this place is its privacy, its so private on the balcony, and the way the cottages are built are so that you have complete privacy from any other building, and the views from the balcony are very nice with coconut trees swaying in the breeze, the breakfast was very nice with traditional Indian foods like umpa or poha on the menu with fresh fruits and a choice of eggs. The staff was very polite and helpful, I do not want to sound to harsh as i did enjoy my stay here, but 10 years ago this place was incredible, but is still okay, and very much the place to be if you want absolute privacy.

This was my second visit here. Last time I stayed here was 3 years back and I had absolutely loved it then. But was very sad to notice this place has depilated. Poor service. The drains were blocked. The rooms had a bad stink. They no longer have a restaurant in house. They only serve breakfast.
Unforgettable experience... kudos to Mayur

I visited nirvana hermitage last month with my wife and my little doggo. We never expected the kind of services we were offered. Whole credit goes to Mayur, he ensured that we enjoy a homely stay with our pet, coz most of the properties doesn’t allow pets or there are some rules and restrictions.
We left some of our clothes in the villa while we checked out, Mayur made sure that we get all our belonging safe and sound, he managed to get our clothes couriered.
Such a nice soul and dedicated personel towards his duties, very few people care about these little things, but these little things are remembered as part of the happy moments.
Will try to come back soon. Thanks Mayur. Cheers
