    The staff support is very good. Very nive and helping people all around. Hotel rooms are good and spacious. The place is located in the vicinity of beaches and all the important locations are very easily reachable. Also if you are on a budget trip this can be a worth investing. The only thing which is stopping to become excellent is a restaurant for lunch and dinner facilities. but there are lot of options in and around so you can go out and explore. ... More

    Am writing this review long after my stay at this hotel. I have visited Goa twice and stayed here for both the time. Its absolutely the best place at a cheap price to stay near the happening North Goa area. The rooms was very clean, very friendly owner to help you with all kind of arrangements.Room Service can be better. Apart from that there is no negative reviews to say. I would strongly recommend this hotel for all type of travelers.... More

    I had visited goa from Dec 06 to Dec 11, 2015 with my wife and brothers. I stayed at nikita residency for 5 nights. I booked this hotel after seen the review on trip advisor but we had faced very bad experience with nikita staff. Rooms were cleans but the staff was very lazy. we called them number of times to cleans the room, or Tea, Milk, but the staff reacted very late infact they took 2 hours to bring Tea/Milk. Nikita Residency have only 2 staffs members. They charges a lot but they won't give you a toilet to use after check out. We had faced a very bad experience. We checked in on Dec 06, 2015 at around 10:30 PM night and check out at 10 AM on Dec 11, 2015. After 4 hours to check out we came there to bring our luggages then we demand to use toilet to change the cloths but they totally denied even after i called to Mr. Domenic, Owner he also denied to use toilets. infact lots of rooms was blanked at that time. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at nikita residency with family. Also they dont have anything special in menu card. only Tea,Coffee and Simple omlettes. They dont have any cook only 2 people staff take care and both are very lazy. Very very poor....... More

    Can't miss this place for its bright yellow colour paint. Domnic and Paulina Souza run a very non commercial outlet, extremely clean, hygienic and well maintained. The rooms have an AC, Fridge, Coloured TV and self contained. Only breakfast is available and you have to fetch your lunch and dinner from out. How ever being Calangute there are many outlets within walking distance. The beach is a 10 to 15 minutes walk. Service is good and rooms well maintained. A great job done Domnic and Paulina.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
