    Poorly Maintained Rooms

    First thing is rooms are not very well maintained i was allocated a room on first floor it was full of dampness and foul smell due to the construction activity for hotel expansion. Finding the place on google is easy, hotel's main board is hidden by a tree and not visible particularly during night. Staff is not very helpful. Not recommended if travelling with family.... More

    Pros: 1) Double bedded rooms where a family of 4 can sleep comfortably 2) Very reasonable rates. We got a deal while booking from US, inclusive of all taxes which was hard to beat. 3) Free airport pick-up/drop off round the clock 4) Staff ALWAYS ready to help in one call. Very good service round the clock. 5) Breakfast was served in room on request. 6) Noise level was low. We stayed here 2 nights and also left our luggage for a week. I had shopped for other budget hotels but this was the best. Highly recommended! We traveled for 1st time to Chennai and it was a great stay here.... More

    Located in a quite place near to the airport . The rates are decent but the facilities are not that great .the room is bit small and the wifi is not working most of the times . The staff are friendly and helpful ,other than that the Ac was not working and the beds were not so comfortable .But on request they were cleaning the room and providing complimentary water bottles ,The service was decent but the room was not so comfortable ,For one night it is fine .To stay there for a long time is not advisable...     Main trouble is getting there as it is off the beaten path but very close to the airport. Expect your driver to stop and ask for direction once he gets close. This adds a few more minutes to the ride. Your trip back to the airport is by taxi and is free and quick! Staff was friendly checking me in helped me get my bags up the stairs. There is no elevator. I thought the room was very good. Older furnishings but okay. Bathroom everything worked fine, but the toilet was slow. Make sure you ask where the geyser switch is for hot water. Brand new AC and TV and quiet peaceful place with no barking dogs or crowing roosters. Ask if you need something: soap for instance was not in the room, but TP and water was.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
