    I would not recommended staying at his establishment, the room quality is very poor for the star rating this hotel believes it is, it even has cockroach baits in the drawers, the reception staff are un friendly and the manager is probably one of the most unfriendly managers I've come across. We had numerous hotel pick ups and advised the concierge we were at breakfast, we later realised our driver waited 45 mins due the concierge staff not informing they arrived! My last straw at this hotel was checking out, I was informed they needed to inspect the room despite here being a cc charged to the room, coupled with the fact I was in a very big hurry for a flight.     near old Delhi railway station,this is a safe and convenient stay. very old fashioned building but tried to convert to modern expectations as well as possible. Double bed may cost 650/- in April 2016. no hot water or air cooler in many rooms but clean,has elevator and serves in room.... More

    Stayed here for three nights in February last year. I must say it wasn't a nice experience by any means. The staff is rude. The basic facilities were missing. The shower didn't have hot water available. The TV wasn't working and so was the Wi-Fi. The worst thing is the receptionist when had asked about all these things, had replied in affirmative manner. Also it is situated in the very noisy part of Old Delhi, so did not get any quality sleep. Please avoid this hotel, if possible.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
