    Dirtiest Hotel We had never seen before

    I had booked 3 AC rooms for a group of 6 family members for check in on 24/02/2017 & checkout on 26/02/2017. We reached hotel on 24/02/2017 at 8.30 AM. We were informed by reception that check in time is 12 noon and now no room is vacant. We accepted this and informed the reception to keep rooms ready when we come back from Mahudi in the late evening. Even from Mahudi we phoned to keep the rooms ready for occupation. We reached hotel at 8.30 PM to our utter surprise rooms were not cleaned. We were allotted Room No. 306 to Room No. 308. The entire lobby was dirty, leftover food plates, old mattresses and other broken things were lying in the lobby. When we requested to clean the lobby, reception manager expressed his inability to clean the lobby as he was not having enough staff. In room No. 306 AC was not working, Room No. 307 Fan was not working, Room No. 306 big nails were fixed on bed, AC was broken, Beds were dirty and from all wash rooms foul smell were emanating. The place was so dirty that we all had started feeling nausea. The staff was very arrogant and flatly refused to clean the lobby. When we requested to refund the booking amount of Rs. 9990/= , they refused to do so and told us to contact the online booking site Agoda.com. Next day morning when we came out of rooms at 10.30 AM, the lobby was still not cleaned and food plates were lying as it is. Literally we had to fight to get the lobby cleaned.... More

    don't book if you have another choice. Ac is not working properly. bathroom was so dirty .there are so many insects in the bathroom. Grill of ac was not properly adjusted. Room service has slower response.... More

    I stayed here with my wife for single day booking. room was OK OK but we can consider it a good deal as hotel itself is located in main area, center of ahmedabad, that is paldi, if you are planning for short visit to ahmedabad, paldi can be best place to be. because one can easily get transportation to any city from here. room service was good. it also offers free wi-fi, staff is welcoming....     Differences in the advertising and actual facilities

    The stay was okay but I was shocked that they advertised on Cleartrip.com that the check-in and check out time was 24 hours but was later informed that it was actually 12 pm and 11 am. This therefore was arbitrary and misleading. I found this same trend in many hotels in Gujarat This means that the customer has to pay an extra day charges in most cases.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
