    This was our first trip to goa and i booked this hotel because of its proximity to the town area. We reached the hotel after a long overnight drive from Bangalore and got a free room upgrade. Now that was some way to begin our holiday! Our room was spacious, well lit and had a pool view. The bathroom was clean and they provided us with baby cot as requested. Although the parking space is limited but the guards always managed to get a place each night for our car. We had visited during xmas 2018 and the gala dinner was charged on top of the room. But we had already called the hotel and confirmed about it so we knew that had to be paid. Overall a very nice experience at Neelam’s.... More

    Stayed here from 23-26 Dec. Booked it thru Agoda. 1. After reaching hotel ...hotel staff asks me to pay another 5600/-Rs for gala dinner being served on 24th . They said its mandatory. How the hell dinner can be mandatory..? I am forced to have dinner there..had to cancel my celebration with frnds outside. No body mentions neither Agoda nor hotel while booking that dinner is mandatory and that too for 5600/- . I said no is don't want .they said you will have to pay...I didn't want to start the holidays with bad mood ..so I paid. But what if they would have said you will have to pay 50k for the dinner ? Looked perfect scam. 2. Staff hardly knows the word ' hospitality' . Sounded rude all the time. 3. For pool you will have to have costumes. Kids wanted to swim so they sold it for 250+350 .later in the market we found same shorts are sold for 100 RS/-. 4. They don't give buoy ring .that too you will have to buy.what the hell you will do with it after half an hour.? 5. You can not have the sip of tea near the pool .upon asking why ? Sir then everyone will do the same. Guys that's why people are spending money for resorts to have little freedom and luxury. Don't you understand that. 6. They gave a room on 3rd floor without lift. It's ok but I asked can u guys give the adjacent room which has pool view ..they said no while after some time I came to know it was vacant for all 3 days and had the same price. These guys are really ruining Goa stays. Just avoid ..there are many more good hotels near by check them out.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
