    The location of the Hotel is Great, 15 min walk to calangute beach. 1.5hrs from Airport. Rooms are big however can be cleaner. We had to request change of bed sheets as the housekeeping didnt change them. NO hand towels were provided as well. Internet services is bad in the area. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms. it is available in common areas which is also bad. You may only find 2G network in rooms. There are NO bathrobs given which can be used to go to pool. Pool is fine however not cleaned on regular basis. One can't see the bottom of the pool even after diving in the pool. Breakfast is good and the staff serves it really nicely. they are courteous and friendly. Dont miss the coffee which is amazing. You can easily find a rental car/scooty vendors nearby. Airport transfer is provided only if you stay more than 4 nights.. in all an average property which can be maintained better... More

    I booked the hotel through Goibibo.com and got the good deal for 3 days stay from 24th Nov, 2017 to 27th Nov, 2017. Hotel is located in Calangute with the road connectivity and an approx. 1.8 km far from the beach front. In the opposite side of hotel there are liquor shops which i don't like and adding disturbance in the common sitting area and swimming pool. Person sitting in these areas are are clearly visible from the road. Hotel should do something in this. Hotel provide free Airport pickup and drop if your stay exceeds 3 or more nights. But they do not provide drop to any other locations/hotel. This property is old. I got the room in E-block 1st floor which have 4 rooms on each floor. Each room is like 1 BHK and 2 balconies. I requested to provide pool side room which they did but room is not acessible using wheelchair. Hotel should stress more on the blocks and room cleanliness, food quality. Food should hot enough. Their restaurant is small doesn't have much capacity to handle more people during breakfast buffet with small number of available staff. Food quality is average not so good. They have to change their menu and add more options for North Indians. I personally don't like to eat idli, sambar, dosa daily. I would like to add that Calangute is a crowded place and the local people behaviour are rude towards the tourists. I personally faced it. Don't hire the scooty/bike from the hotel opposite liquor shop.Person is very rude kind of behaviour who is providing scooty on rent . Even hotel reception doesn't help to provide the vendor contact number because as a tourist we don't know who is genuine vendor. I would suggest to choose Candolim area for stay. Place is good and peaceful.... More

    However, I booked neelam the glitz, but they upgrade us to neelam the grand as I requested for adjacent rooms which were not available in the glitz. The hotel is on Calangute, close to market and beach. I requested hotel to provide us adjacent rooms, balcony rooms and lift as well. I am glad that they fulfilled every request I made to them. Room provided to us was on 01st floor, the rooms was clean and had a wide balcony with sitting arrangements facing swimming pool. Breakfast was good and had varieties. Swimming pool was okay, but was too busy every time. Hotel provides free pickup and drop from Airport but you need to request them in prior which we did. Ambiance was good. Overall I loved my stay, enjoyed it and no complaints from hotel. Only thing that they charge for the plates Rs.50/ per plate, if you bought something to eat from outside.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
